Provide the board of director's monthly financial reports including a balance sheet, income statement, accounts receivable summary, accounts payable summary, and expenses by vender detail. Work in conjunction with the Board's appointee to create any additional reports as deemed necessary by Board. Work in conjunction with the Board's attorney to assist in ongoing collections/foreclosure issues.
