I was appointed to the board of our condo association earlier this year. Cambridge has been the management company for several years now. I find their staff to be extremely capable and professional. They are responsive, knowledgeable and able to handle all aspects of managing our 120 unit association. Our manager is Patricia and our admin is Jackie. Both of them have provided an excellent level of attention to our association and I am grateful to have them as part of the team overseeing our property. In addition, Cambridge has a very strong accounting team and service, as the treasurer of our association

I live at West Wind Estates. Since arriving in January our pool heater has been hit and miss when it worked. A new heater pump was purchased and installed. Apparently that money was wasted because for the last two days the pool has had no heat. Why spend money when that apparently is not the problem. Who makes these poor decisions. The same goes for the stop signs.
