My experience with Douglas Realty EXCEEDED my expectations. From Front desk with Fabi, home tours with Christine and helpful Jen! I must say Christine and Jen are the gals to go to! They made my first time renting experience go smooth, giving me all the knowledgeable tools I need. Douglas Realty cares for people, just working with them I can vouch! Sadly to say as a vendor and a tenant I see that I am not the only person that’s had problems with Douglas Realty. And it seems to me that in most if not all of the responses they do not take responsibility for absolutely anything. Worst company I’ve ever rented from and they treat their vendors extremely poorly.

I have been using Douglas Realty for property management services for the last 7 months and would like to say their service is excellent! I am a Canadian investor [I am a CPA-CA by trade] and Douglas Realty has done a wonderful job in all of the following areas: 1. Marketing my North Port, Florida investment property; 2. Finding a suitable tenant including providing adequate due diligence to help me make my decision on the tenant they located; 3. Providing a "full proof" legal lease which protects the property owner 4. Providing an on-line "owner portal" reporting medium which gives complete transparency

We have used Douglas Realty in the past and then just recently came back to them. They are simply wonderful and are always working with us whenever we have a problem with anything. Our lease was handed to Douglas Realty from a different property management company. Our previous PMC was lousy and the move in was a nightmare. Since Douglas Realty took over, we have had no complaints. They are quick to respond to service requests and seem to be on the renters side when it comes to needed improvements on the property but their hands are still tied sometimes with cheap home owners. I do most of the minor repairs myself so I haven't had a lot of interaction with them for the last 4 years but the few times we've needed them(mainly AC issues) they have always sent someone right away

Lehigh location was very unprofessional. Let's the desk attendant deal with things the realtor should deal with.Defensive when things are pointed out that need to be fixed. Our locks were mever changed, move in cleaning was definitely not up to par, no filter in a/c when moved in which led coils to be messed up before we moved in and never fixed even when reported, etc so many etc. There was lost paperwork and replacement stove and microwave delivery not properly scheduled for move in day. Very unorganized. I was reading comments and see responses to others that seem very inappropriate. Seems to
