Hands down the worst company I have ever worked with as a realtor. No communication, difficult to get on the phone, coupled with a realtor who works with them who had no idea what she was doing made this transaction a disaster. Realtor committed fraud on top of it. 25 days late to closing on a 45 day contract. Didn't order appraisal until almost 30 days into contract. Don't say I didn't warn you....
