He received his certificate in pediatric dentistry from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. A native of Corpus Christi, Dr. Paul is a graduate of Mary Carroll High School.
Dr. Kuhlman graduated from Ohio State University College of Dentistry and completed the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program in San Antonio. Our office, as well as the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), and the American Dental Association (ADA) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age.

However, if you or your spouse or your families have a history of significant dental disease early on, we recommend seeing your child at about six months to monitor their early dental development and counsel you on best oral health practices for your young child.Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.
We strive to provide our patients with exceptional care, as well as respecting their valuable time and investment. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hour notice for cancellations. Any patient more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled unless we can accommodate the patient without infringing upon another patient's appointment time.
For more information concerning pediatric dentistry, please visit the website for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The pediatric dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years.

Dr Jon and his assistant the other day were the greatest with my son(5-10-21). No other dentist has had the patient with my son like him.

Covid has ruined this office!! Against CDC guidelines, the office tried to force me to put a mask on my 1 year old! When I said absolutely not, they tried to insist I put a blanket over his head. I will NEVER step foot in this office again and regret recommending this practice to fellow mom friends. The doctors are super nice but the unsafe protocols and office staff are AWFUL.

This was our first time at this location. Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and had a great attitude. I have a 5yo and he was telling everyone, excitingly, that he went to the dentist today. They have a lot of good reviews which prompted me to choose this place, I am glad I did. I will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Never had an issue with the place in 3 years and now COVID has made them a nightmare to deal with. They want my 1.5 year old to wear a mask or a blanket over their head, she’s not going to keep a mask on and I have to put her down to fill out paper work and do all the hand washing so now the blanket is dragging on the ground. Then I can’t bring my 3 year old in who has a mask on... what am I supposed to do with her? Leave her in the car? Do they not have other stay at home moms with kids that go there? I won’t be going back and the front desk lady was very rude.

Very upset with the outcome of my request. Called the saratoga facility yesterday and was helped by someone at the front desk. After me answering a couple of questions about the copy of the receipts I needed for my sons visit and I was finally told “I’m transferring you to Holly who handles this.” I gave Holly minimal information because she was already told what I needed. I confirmed my email and she said she would do it. I called back this morning around 10AM, asked to be transferred to Holly, was placed on hold for more than 5 minutes with no update. Hung up and called back. Asked if I

We've had great experience with the dentists and dental assistants. They are are all knowledgeable, friendly, and work very quickly. It doesn't feel like you are being rushed out though. I've taken my 1, 8 and 9 year olds. I didn't give them 5 stars because the woman who make the appointments was rude. Everyone else was Great!
