Currently living here: too many bad experiences to mention. If you’re looking for an apartment, don’t choose this one. Management is terrible. The worst experience that I thought I’d share is when Rachel had told me that I can park my car in a spot that nobody had because there is huge pine cones that fall and they don’t want to be responsible for the damage if it hits a car (my other parking spot is under the same damn tree and she didn’t say anything about that) my man came home from a military week long thing and had parked there to get out all of his stuff. We left for maybe 20 minutes

Currently living here: let’s run this from the top for all my military family that would consider living here. My girlfriend was treated poorly when we first moved here. I was out of state TAD and she showed up with a moving truck full and six months pregnant. They told her she couldn’t move in. We’d already turned the keys in to the other apartment. I had to get on the phone and threaten to black list the place just to get them to agree to have me sign and notarize a lease and send it in so she could move in. Been here for A little over a year. Real calm quiet place. People are friendly. Vandalism around the city unfortunately I have had my tire slash but I believe it had nothing to do with the security of the apartments. A/c was acting up Rachel was real helpful in getting it replaced in summer. The pine crest crew is real Friendly always see niko walking around very welcoming.

I have been living in Pinecrest apartments for a total of 4 years and I love it. I lived here a few years ago and had to move suddenly but when I returned to fallbrook I knew exactly where I wanted to live again. These apartments are one of the nicest in the area and you have everything around you in walking distance which is highly convenient. Pinecrest is very comfortable, welcoming and it doesn't take long to make it home.

I have lived here almost twenty years. This apartment complex is absolutely the best. Over this long span of time there have been a reasonable amount of repair or replace requirements. Twenty years is a long time. Customer service has always been very quick and through. I had one dishwasher and one dryer replaced both were hassel free. They broken and they wete replaced with brand new appliances. Other normal wear and tear items were always fixed with a smile and what is best for the tenant.This is a wonderful place to live.

I have lived at Pinecrest Apartments for almost 20 years. This is the absolute best apartment residence in Fallbrook. I have had outstanding customer service here management is kind, concerned and always ready to make your Pinscrest experience the absolute best. Never had any problems with need maintance or repairs. The grounds are always clean and neat and foster a real community atmospheres. This the place to live.

I would have given them more stars but now I am not a fan of them. I have waited a month for my deposit I called two weeks ago because I am not in California and they said they haven't seen it yet so it should be at corporate. I called again at 21 days of waiting (that's how long they have to send it to you) they said that it's still at corporate then I called yesterday 31 days and they said it was sent a week and a half ago and sent me a copy of the receipt and it said they spent 525.00 on the move out clean and 75.00 on the carpet cleaning when I called them back they said they

For several weeks I tried calling, emailing, or stopping by the office to inquire about renting an apt. at Pinecrest. The office is often closed.
So one day last week, we walked into the office to tour an apt. There was actually someone in the office! We were thrilled! But the woman behind the desk (didn't get her name, middle-aged, dark hair) was SO rude. She acted like we were wasting her precious time. We asked to see an apt. She told us there was not even 1 apt. available to look at for 3 weeks! She told us to come back then.
Every question we asked her was like pulling teeth to get an answer
