Residents who've been here awhile will park their cars in front of other peoples garages and block people from entering and leaving the complex sometimes. Management doesnt do anything about it. Ants and Roaches in the apartments regardless how much you clean. Cars in the free spots will stay there for months at a time, never moving and not even being operable. Would never recommend this place to anyone unless you have no-where else to go

Lived here for 2 years already and although rent is cheaper compared to nearby renting places (plus water bill included), it is rather a compromising place to live in. We live in the 2nd floor so everytime theres something that drops on the floor or if my toddler runs, the neighbor down stairs gets irritated immediately so thats very annoying. Also, parking space is so limited and the washers and dryers always break down. What i love though is that there is a playground area where kids actually play and socialize and its far from the gate so its safe for kids.

Love the new sign "free" garages. Rent more than pays for it and then some. Btw your vehicle have to go in it and if it don't fit you are sol and have to park somewhere in the hood. Place is ant infested, has homeless and drunks hanging in and out of back fence and on property. Rent is always increasing, and it it is not a quite area. You get all the road noise Monday through Friday especially starting early in the a.m. with muscle cars, and street racers. Also no pets allowed but everyone has a pet. Or two. Also love living next to the power plant...

Loveee living here! Just moved here from out of state and have no complaints! I really like that it's gated and when I have a maintenance issue it gets taken care of right away. It is close to the back gate of Camp Pendleton, so there is some traffic sometime during rush hour to get out, but that's a given, this is California. The laundry room is well kept and I love taking my kids to the pool! The last place I lived at the pool was horribly dirty, so I really appreciate how this pool is kept clean. Also, the units come with a garage at no extra charge, and with my brand new car I'm happy to be

Overall is a good place to live and not to expensive even though we live near base . If there's an issue Freddy always tries to resolve it without hesitation, which we are really grateful to have management who can do something about it and not ignore the complaints. Pretty maintained place to live .

We moved out of here not too long ago. Long story short, parking is tight and your car may get damaged from that, the manager, Kathy, is very rude, they schedule all gardeners and construction very early, and the neighbors can be rowdy. I did like the floor plan and walk in closets as well as the close distance to the base.
