I’ve lived here for 3 years. The management cannot keep vandalism under control, so they close our laundry room at 4 every day (indefinitely) Washers.dryers take your money or are broken all the time. The pools are still closed, & gyms. When gym was open none of the machines worked anyways. It used to be a nice place to live.

I enjoyed that this place has so many amenities. Everything was in working order. When things were reported to management the issues would be resolved very quickly. The prices are a bit steep, but I felt they were worth it. The only major drawback that I have had is with the ANTS problem. Every year I would have this MAJOR ant infestation during the summer. I would ask the property management to spray for me. And I was told that for the Ants I need to get something on my own to deal with that.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. only way to have a decent experience is to never deal with the office workers. I had a terrible experiance with my roommates and I moved out early, when all my other room mates moved out, this apartment left me only on the lease and called me asking for two months of rent. They also said that my old roommates never turned in any keys and left holes in the wall? they've never sent me any photos of the apartment. I told them my situation and the manager said if I write a letter saying I moved out 8 months before the lease was up that that they wouldn't charge me. I wrote the letter

Terrible place to live! They towed my car during COVID when I was out of a job and trying to stay home as we were asked to. It cost almost $900 to be able to get my car back. They put me in a position where I had to choose between paying rent and having a roof over my head or keeping my car. So now I’m without a vehicle. Thank you so much Riverview Springs.

Do not move here until they change their policy. They currently have predatory towing policies and will tow your vehicle without warning. I’ve lived in California for 20 years and I’ve never experienced anything like this. They are towing vehicles for profit with very vague vehicle policies in the lease. You will be charged close to $500 if they tow you. Stay away from here or risk high towing costs within the first month.

I feel for the situation of those who wrote a poor review, but that's not my case. I absolutely loved living there. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are well kept, and the rent price still reasonable in comparison. Parking can be tight but that's the only issue I ever had and that's common in every complex. When it came time to receive my deposit, it was done on due time and I was very pleased with the amount I received back. The charges were clearly explained and very fair (now that's a first!) So big kudos to Riverview Springs! I want to thank Rhonda, Norma, Rafael and their maintenance

I have lived here for 3 years and I love living here. They keep the common areas clean, they even clean the launder mats. Very pet friendly, they even have areas with bags for people to use for cleaning up after dogs when they use the bathroom. If you have any problems, they will work with you to fix them. Very satisfied here and will move only when we buy a house.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. My family and I, of 6, has lived in the apartments for about 8 years now. Its been great and wonderful every year that pass. As anywhere you live, you need to keep by the rules and I strongly love that they do so here. Many people move in, to move out because they just can't be respectful people and they make trouble like with late party. I'm lucky that I been having the same neighbors living next to me longer then I been here. But the bug problem comes from new people bring in those unwanted friends. Thankfully the apartments has a bug program plan you just have
