This has been a very hard place to live in. Managers come and go. I have lived here 5 years and the Manager who I thought was sweet never answers the phone. So that totally upsetting./ Good luck in Nashville . Also the hall ways are always nasty. No one will help you and they need more maintenance on staff. In front of the garages 29,20,31 the water drainage pipe has been falling down. Also the Spa handle was broken and when i went to get in it the handle slide clear over causing me to have now after 5 years and 17 surgeries after breaking my foot later to finally be fixed which my foot is damaged

I live here. South side of Old Town. The buildings are on the edge of open space, and if you are lucky to have a south or west view, you can think you are away from the hustle and bustle. Some of the better designed apartments around, architecturally speaking. Really nice pool that no one uses, pretty low key place, lots of different types of folks on their voyage to the next thing. 100 units and hardly ever see anyone!

I just moved to Solaire about a month ago and my experience has been amazing! Hana specifically has been very attentive and is very considerate of her clients. Anything we’ve needed she’s been very quick to resolve any issues. You can tell it’s important to her to make sure we are comfortable and well taken care of during our time here. Definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re looking to find a home!

If you want to live in a beautiful place run by two beautiful property managers, look no further! We’ve lived here for almost three years and have really enjoyed the community. Great pool area, nice amenities and upgrades and solid location near Old Town. Go see McKenna and Hana and they will take care of you!

I’ve been staying in these apartments for 2 years now , An I absolutely love my apartment!!!
Im sadden that I will be leaving to be closer to San Diego, Otherwise I would stay. I’m grateful for the staff here especially Hana, She’s been extremely helpful with any issue an prompt with getting things done!!! I hope where I’m going they have a Hana there. Consider yourself lucky to call this place home , Literally the best looking apartments in Temecula, Awesome staff , An extremely close to the Old Town Strip. Thank me later !!!! :)

This place is pretty awesome! It has that nice updated modern look throughout the apartment! The location is great and the staff is great! Specifically Hana! She is super helpful and a really awesome person and she will do anything she can to try and help you out if you need anything!! I highly recommend these apartments if you’re looking in the Temecula area!! 😁

Solaire has truly been home for us! Everything about this place is perfect for a small family. Everyone has been overly accommodating and helpful. Management is always there if something comes up and very responsive to your needs. All the facilities on site are pristine! We loved it here. So sad to say goodbye.

I moved into these apartments about a month ago and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. My unit is great, it’s spacious and I love the open floor plan concept. The location of the property is prime as I can walk to many local restaurants, shops, parks, etc. The property is beautiful and always well kept. Anytime I’ve had any issues, office staff along with maintenance respond attentively and quickly. I love being a resident here and I highly recommend these apartments to everybody!

I highly enjoyed touring these apartments! I think these are one of the apartments located in Temecula that is extremely close to all of the nightlife and restaurants but also secluded enough to never have traffic. When I originally called I spoke to Hana who was very informative of what to expect when touring and price ranges. I cant wait to move in this coming year!!
