DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE
I just moved into my apartment at 1 Webster mid September, within the first hour of moving we found roaches. I understand Chelsea is a city and cities have these issues but before a tenant moves in there should be a proper cleaning and inspection done. This place was left unchecked with drink stains over the wall, stickiness through out the carpet and an infestation of roaches which we were stuck to live in.
Mind you my wife was8 months pregnant. We called Chelsea health inspector, 1 Webster failed inspection (obviously) and next is housing court. I never do reviews

Just recently moved in, after searching for months for an apartment in the Boston area. One Webster did not disappointment. Stephanie the manager was very friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my apartment was everything I wanted. Maintenance is friendly and neighbors seem nice. Community is overall very clean for Chelsea. Excited for what this year brings! Thank you One Webster team

Love this apartment complex. Stephanie (and Laurie before her) have been so helpful and attentive to every question. The few little things that have needed to be fixed in my unit during my first 2 weeks as a tenant have been fixed the next day by Luis who is very polite and respectful. It's also very clean!

I’m going on my second year living at the property and I have to say it was a easy choice staying on. The building is kept clean, the on site staff are fantastic. Friendly and always available to help. The maintenance technician take care of any issues that might arise in my unit. All in all I couldn’t be any more happier with my choice to stay for another year. Highly recommend this property for anyone moving into Chelsea.

If I could give a zero star I would because this place deserves it. First off my partner and I were looking for a place to move into that would allow our puppy. We found this place via Zillow and thought it would be perfect, it was not too far from both of our jobs and it would not be too much of a hassle to get to my school from the highway. Now getting In touch with this place was easy when you are looking to rent. We made our appointment with Paula she seemed nice. Please don't waste your time Laurie was very nice until I payed my down payment of 400 dollars. Assuming she would hold the apartment for at least a week. She denied my application within 2 days. (The weekend) I have yet to get my money back . Good thing I saved everything I'll take it to small claims court if need be.

This place is a MESS!! The staff changes all the time, Laurie is nice person but she tells you something and then she says that she didn't. I asked her for a garage spot have been almost a year and I never got one.
Also, the parking spots are very limited and people from the school always park there and no one say anything.
I'm very disappointed, for sure I'm leaving this place!!

I have to say the 5 star below from the fellow listing his email (not sure what the purpose of that is) is HIGHLY suspect. Considering he had a previous review from not even a year ago highly rating another apartment complex and saying he just signed a second year lease at that apartment.. I think he is 100% full of it. Also - just a tip giving your email out does not confirm that you are not full of it and that you actually in fact live there. So strange...

Now that I'm officially moved out I figured I'd take this time to warn any potential future residents of this building. The building is pretty new (maybe 7 years old if that) so when you tour it it looks great. New appliances, new everything. Cool. And it super close to downtown Boston if you're driving, for public transit be ready for a bus ride to the T and then a few transfers as this is on the blue line.

My fiancé and I moved out of One Webster on June 23rd and our lease ended on June 30th. It is now August 25th and we've yet to receive our security deposit. This apartment building was an awful place to live and JRK holdings is a horrible management company. I just wanted to move on and be done with this place. Sigh, all I want is my $500 security deposit back.

We moved into these apartments about a year and a half ago with different management. Since the new management has taken over things are just a mess. The stairways are never cleaned and have animal droppings everywhere. The fire alarm goes off about twice a week in the middle of the night. Management is extremely unhelpful when we have needed things and even misplaced my lease after we re-signed with the previous management company. Do your research before signing any leases!

This place was very poorly maintained prior to the new Property Manager, Anthony coming in and changing things. We weren't happy for the first 3 months. There used to be trash and litter in the lobby and parking area's and now that's all changed. They also added a pool and re-did the fitness center. I looked at every community in that area 2 years ago and One Webster is the best price and deal I could get for a clean, modern apartment. I went to several other places in that area and 2 bedroom units of that quality were all above $2000 per month. We got a spotlessly clean third

We moved into our apartment here in December. Anthony was nothing but helpful and the staff here did everything they could to help us. Our apartment was spotless clean and is updated with new appliances. Pets are allowed as well. However I have seen so many people complain about the pet feces everywhere. That is not he property managers responsibility to go out there and clean your dogs business that's your responsibility so stop sitting here saying all this crap and take responsibility for you pet. They provide doggy bags to clean it up stop being so lazy. We live here respect everyone else

I too have to give negative stars. Wanted a place to live that is SAFE and has some upscale perks. Gym - yup its got one. Small but it is there. Parking without a hassle - has parking but not enough for the amount of residents. Appropriately priced - this place is higher than most. Took the apartment. Moved in. It is a revolving door of residents. Every month there is a move in and move out of at least 3. Parking lot has been a mess all summer long. Construction team that was hired have not completed anything. And parking was not easy before but construction debris now adds to the ambience.Not
