Services
A member of our Management Staff will respond to your request during normal business hours. It is important that unit number appear on the front of your check to insure timely application. Checks should be mailed to the PO Box on or before the 1st of the month. Please allow 4-5 business days for processing.

I found Ocean Point Apartments through the apartments.com website and reached out to get more information. Sarah Witteman, the leasing consultant for Ocean Point got back to me very quickly and was able to answer my questions which lead to zeroing in on a one bedroom unit that looked like it would more than fit my needs.
Due to the distance and covid, Sarah was more than willing to give me a detailed live video walkthrough of the apartment and provided me with knowledgeable information about the unit, the apartment building, its location and accessibility to public transit.
