If something is wrong they're here within 24 hours to fix it and hadn't seen a rodent in 28 years. Great Place to live with a free sea breeze.

Lifelong resident. There's a lot of history to the building and some of what makes it such a great place to call home are the community and the management style - friendly, accessible, and courteous. Minutes from the water's edge as well as the famous North End. It's the best! :)

Good Location, we like the bike shop on the first floor. Looking forward to the new restaurant on first floor.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to make three appointments just to sign the lease as the management was nowhere to be found. When they finally were able to hold their appointment it took over an hour for me to sign a piece of paper because of their disorganization. Upon moving in it took three months for my buzzer, which is routed to a cell phone, to work simply because they insisted my 774 number is not a Massachusetts number (It is based out of the South Shore of MA). The AC did not work during the hot month of June (I was on the 5th floor) and I had to spend almost 1K out of pocket
