Mercantile Wharf Apartments, at the intersection of Commercial Street and Atlantic Avenue is a community of one and two bedroom apartment homes; surrounded by spectacular views of the city skyline and Boston Harbor waterfront. These beautiful apartments enjoy an attractive open atrium, which embodies the center of the building with skylights at the top to provide lots of great natural light.
The apartments are located on the upper floors, with commercial space occupying the first floor. As you step out into the delightful cobbled stone streets of the North End, you will find countless dining choices - many flavorful dishes to be savored and enjoyed. The North End location is speckled with gourmet food shops, pastry shops, cafes, boutique shopping and, nearby attractions including the New England Aquarium, Faneuil Hall and TD Garden.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had to make three appointments just to sign the lease as the management was nowhere to be found. When they finally were able to hold their appointment it took over an hour for me to sign a piece of paper because of their disorganization. Upon moving in it took three months for my buzzer, which is routed to a cell phone, to work simply because they insisted my 774 number is not a Massachusetts number (It is based out of the South Shore of MA). The AC did not work during the hot month of June (I was on the 5th floor) and I had to spend almost 1K out of pocket
