The Abbott House is Seguin's premiere wedding and events venue. Located on the corner of North Austin and Humphreys Street, this historic home offers an authentic atmosphere for any occasion. Many of the homes intricate and ornate original features have been lovingly preserved over the years.
Such features include the hand inlaid parquet flooring, the beautiful arched staircase ceiling and massive columns off the foyer, towering 12 ft ceilings, 11 inch baseboards, 4 working fireplaces with intricate gold overlay surrounds, 5 panel solid wood doors with airy transoms on top (all with original decorate brass hardware), 43 windows (many of which are floor to ceiling with original 1800's glass panes), 6 original pocket doors entering two parlors, 7 porches, a hidden servants staircase, and much more, making this one of Seguin's finest and most unique historic homes.

We had my daughter's graduation party at The Abbott House and it was the perfect venue. The interior is beautiful and the courtyard is amazing. We loved having both spaces for our guests. Judy was amazing to work with and really helped me organize and plan the party. She had so many party accessories there that really elevated the look of our party. The price is a little higher however it includes wait staff that serves your guests, helps with set up and cleaning plus lots of other extras. It was the deciding factor on why we chose The Abbott House and we are so thankful we did. It

I held my Dad's 90th birthday party at The Abbott House. Judi Pepper was a joy to work with on this event. The banquet room is enchanting and during a Texas summer the air conditioning was imperative and the 100 guest facility remained cool and comfortable the entire time. Her photo booth was a huge hit with guests and the beautiful courtyard allowed us to carry our event outside with table set up and an outside bar and gazebo. What made this event special was Judi and Paul's attention and flexibility to meet all of our needs. I highly recommend this for any future events. Judi also
