Services
Ryan and his staff are amazing! They're very friendly and knowledgeable and they made going to physical therapy an enjoyable experience. In addition to my exercises, Ryan worked on my broken ankle to increase my range of motion each visit. Through massage and dry needling he also worked extensively on my keloid scars.
These symptoms are often the result of a displacement of the articular disc of the TMJ. This displaced disc then becomes an obstacle for normal jaw movement, frequently producing joint sounds with mouth opening and closing. While this condition may sound severe, it rarely requires surgery and is very often fully managed with physical therapy TMJ treatment.
Similar to "TMJ, " oral-facial pain is a term which typically encompasses and wide variety of symptoms and diagnosis. Most often, patient experience pain with chewing and/or clenching the teeth. This can be caused by either the muscles of mastication or irritation of the trigeminal nerve, a very important cranial nerve in the face.
At one time or another, many of us will experience pelvic pain. This could be related to pregnancy, stress, prior infection, sports-injury, car accident or from any previous trauma to this area. At Lynch Physical Therapy we are determined to break the myth that leaking is normal. It does not matter what stage of life you are in leaking urine or feces is treatable! We realize that receiving treatment in this area can be very personal.

This is a 1/2 way point review. I went into the office in July 2021 and was in real distress with my TMJ jaw pain. I was sure I needed surgery or worse. I went in thinking they wouldn’t help me but at least tell me what was wrong. Well, it was a miracle and great hands on that gave me such relief. It not only work physically but educated me on what I was doing wrong and what was happening. Just after 1 session I got relief. I really needed it. I will post a more detailed review after completion. I will say the ladies there were so nice and accommodated me when it was time to pay. Look for my

I will never go anywhere else! From the moment I walked in to the Severna Park location for my consultation I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the receptionist. Ryan explained everything to me in a way I could understand. I really appreciated his bedside manner and knowledge. I began going to the Towson office and I felt so much relief in with my TMJ, not only from the care this office provided but from the knowledge they provided me with on how to take care of these issues moving forward. I will only go to Lynch Physical Therapy moving forward. The service and care is beyond impeccable

As a hygienist of 28 years, I have suffered with back pain for almost all of that time. I have never been an advocate of PT because the therapist spent little time helping me and lots of time giving me exercises to do and not much else. I recently met Ryan, a therapist and owner of Lynch Physical Therapy. He has over 20 years experience and specializes in TMD. He and his team have helped many of my patients who suffer with jaw pain. I see him for my back. This is the first time in 10 years where I have days without pain. He has helped me beyond measure. Ryan and his therapists talk to their patients

Ryan and his staff are the absolute best. They truly care about every single patient and have gone above and beyond for me again and again. As both a patient with severe chronic pain and a nurse myself, I would recommend Ryan to anyone, especially those with jaw pain or those wanting to try dry needling.
