Optimum Performance Physical Therapy

Stephanie C. And April are the BEST!! Help ed me with really bad neck pain and limited movement, could not have done this without their expertise. All the staff are so helpful and supportive. Will recommend Optimum Performance PT to anyone looking for a PT! Mary Ruble

Great organization.
At the recommendation of her doctor, we took our mom there to help her gain more stability and confidence when walking. As an elderly person who has experienced some health issues her mobility was some thing of concern to her and us. The staff at Optimum Performance & Physical Therapy were fantastic. They were welcoming and friendly and Stephanie and April were absolutely wonderful in helping mom literally get back on her feet. She can be a little resistant to exercise and they made physical therapy enjoyable for her and helped her gain more confidence as well. It is impossible

After rotator cuff surgery, I went to the awesome folks to at Optimum Performance for physical therapy. The recovery plan Jonathan came up with was perfect to keep me healing, strengthening, and improving my mobility post-surgery. When Jon wasn't available, April and Joe were fantastic stand-ins and very knowledgeable.
The next time I need physical therapy for anything at all, these will be the first people I call! 👍

6-7 weeks ago I could barely sleep due to the pain in my shoulder and neck. It seemed like surgery or, at least, injections were in my near future. But, with the work of Jonathon, Jeff and Stephanie over the course of several months, plus the home therapy I was doing, I now am 99% pain free. I'm going back to the gym, fully able to work, play the piano and exercise.
This group is wonderful to work with and to BE with. If I ever need PT again, I would return to them. Thank you Jon, Jeff and Steph!

I would highly recommend Optimum Physical Therapy. I treated with Stephanie Stover, who worked diligently with me to help relive my chronic problem. She always listened to me and carefully planned out various modes of treatment. She also consulted with the other staff when necessary. The atmosphere in Optimum is friendly and they care about their patients.

My husband was in physical therapy at Optimum Performance for the last four months. We were very pleased with the entire experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. There is a family atmosphere where everyone knows your name and everyone is welcomed, His therapist ( Stephanie S. ) was the best! Optimum Performance is an amazing five-star facility! My doctor recommended that I go there, even though there are physical therapy clinics closer to my home, in the Hereford Zone. I trusted my doctor when he said that I wouldn’t find a more professional, knowledgeable, and caring group of physical therapists. He was 100% correct! I could not even lift my arm, due to the pain of a frozen shoulder and was nervous to begin treatment. At my first appointment, I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome.
