I would like to give them zero stars. If at all possible.. don't rent from these people. Unprofessional and heartless. I'm blessed that I haven't had to deal with them.. unfortunately a family member did..and the way they're treating her is horrible. Circumstances for which she has done nothing wrong.. but is being forced to to find another place to live with no regards to the slim to none rental properties availability.

I've had my properties managed by Cirimele Property Management for over 10 years and have always been treated with respect and smiles!
I have been there when prospective and established tenants have come in and all I can say to the negative reviewers is this: Like attracts like. Treat people as you wish to be treated and you'll get the service you deserve!

Please > be Aware about this people,, their ,rude and unprofessional.
i rent a house at year ago , and their are really pain in back,, they don`t want to fix anything and they are very unethical whit the money rent ..
And Because i ask to fix some problems whit the property house
( sewer drain ) they send me at 30 days notice of move out .
So we move ,and after all accountability money that they have from me ,all my deposit and pet deposit were take whit out any explanation .
they never send me my deposit or any rent statement justifying the money that they took from me.. beside that. they

My wife and I rented through them Jan. 27 and have already moved out of the rented house. The house was covered in mold and water damage throughout, and they refused to repair the heat when we asked about it. Turns out the building they rented wasn't even up to code nor did they have ANY permits to rent it out according to Solano County. When brought up, Michelle was increasingly rude and condescending. It's as though she can't competently do her job without being unprofessional or rude, she even called the cops when I calmly sat down to wait for Mike to return. This business is a joke and has

I've been renting from this realtor's company for years now and i have no complaints they are a wonderful team from the receptionist to the repairman any problems i have they are on it rite away i have read bad comments please don't read a book by it's cover i would refer everyone this company if your interested in renting in Vallejo ca they are a extremely loving company that has compassion for their tenants .

My husband and I rented through this company on January 27th, 2017. Upon moving into the house, we were greeted with the overwhelmingly unbearable stench of mildew and mold, mushrooms growing in the corners, water damage and puddles throughout, and a broken heater. In addition to this, the house has exposed wiring on every light fixture, the refrigerator is broken, windows have holes in them, and there are a myriad of various pests dwelling in this wet environment. Despite ownership of the building, it is blatantly apparent that Cirimele & Associates is grossly inept at doing their job of making

I appreciate their management of properties. I tried one other agency before using Cirimele and was disappointed with the high prices to do repairs etc. But Cirimele seems to seek fair pricing all around.
I've been told that landlording is a passive income... hah! When renting out properties on my own...it was a lot of work and worry. Cirimele changed all that with my Vallejo properties and made my rental truly a passive endeavor. They took the work and worry out of it!

I've been dealing with this property management for four years
I hate them I wouldn't wish this treatment on my worst enemies
First they moved us into an uninhabitable home with no heat the windows were not up to code the stairs were broken the locks didn't work the water pressure was horrible and the plumbing was bad
When I brought this to their attention Michelle the lady at the front desk was very rude as usual she told me that we should flush between poops?!# I was flabbergasted no your toilets should flush because that's what they are made for
So many things happened
