If your client chooses to sign a property management contract, we'll pay you 25% of the first month's rent as a referral fee. Sending us a referral doesn't mean you're saying goodbye to the client for good. Instead, we'll handle their property management needs and point them back to you when they want to sell down the road.
To use the plunger, press it into place over the drain hole of the toilet. Create a seal over the hole and push it up and down repeatedly to push anything stuck in the pipe through the system. If your sink or shower drain clogs, you can also use a plunger to try to clear this plug. Many hardware stores also sell cleaning apparatuses you can snake into the drain, in an attempt to snag anything in the pipe.
A completed application is required for each adult (18 and older) occupant. The nonrefundable cost of this credit processing is $50 per adult. This cost is neither rent nor deposit, and will not be refunded or applied to future rent. Applications will be reviewed when all adults have turned them in AND at least one has viewed the property.

I own several properties both short-term and long-term. Because I live out of state and don't make it up to WA as much as I would like, I needed a reliable property management company that I could depend on and basically not have to worry about it. Blue Sage was there to help set things up and prepare and maintain the rentals which provided a huge relief for me.

When I do make it to WA to visit, Kathryn is always receptive to meeting to discuss how they are doing, ways to improve the properties not only for me but for the vacationers and long-term tenants. Communication is outstanding. Blue

The owner needs to explain why she took out $40,000 of ppp loans, demanded they be forgiven despite bragging on fb that none of her tenants had paid late, then campaigned against help for anyone else during the pandemic. The owner is unvaxxed but apparently believes in covid enough to claim welfare from the tax payers. She hides her loans under the colorado branch of her business.

First off it's worth noting that Katryn harasses her tenants and others to write reviews on here and google to counteract any bad reviews she gets. She kept bothering me and my wife so here it is. She dismisses the bad reviews as being "fake" which is exactly why her business is in the state it is. If she listened to criticism, even once, she might not find life such a headache.

Let's cut to facts: Kathryn doesn't believe in the coronavirus, vaccinations, or being sanitary. Despite this, she believes in it enough to accept a $40,000 forgiven ppp loan which she tried to

I used to work for Blue Sage and Kathryn in their Colorado office as the maintenance coordinator. Kathryn runs a tight ship and strives for excellent service for both tenants and owners. She is fair and professional, committed and driven. She took the time to teach me about the industry and gave me room to do my job. When Covid hit, she made sure we were well taken care of and when the company closed, again, she made sure her employees were taken care of. Kathryn is not responsive to contact and rude when she does bother to reply. I don't know why this woman thinks she has the right to talk to people like she does. I guess that's why she needed to claim welfare for her business? Avoid this company by any means. There are much better in the area that don't rely on our taxes to stay afloat.

Update: I have updated this review with some evidence to the shenanigans of Blue Sage. The property had to be re-cleaned and still was not to their own standards and had a damaged appliance that had to be replaced, apparently these were just too many issues for Blue Sage to manage. In other attachments you can see that Katheyn at Blue Sage charged us $100 to provide us with a written revision to our lease that was initiated by the homeowner due to their change in circumstances. Awful company. It's mainly Katherine that makes it so unpleasant. She has such an awful attitude, she rarely replies to communication, and she will be rude to you for no reason. If she manages your property she will make your tenants unhappy. I lost tenants simply because they didn't want to deal with her anymore and I can't blame them. Dropping blue sage was the best thing I've done.

She had to abandon her company in colorado because of how disliked she was and now it's happening again. She controls her google reviews and even those are slipping lower. but instead of

As a homeowner, I would recommend Kathryn and Blue Sage Property Management to those looking for a management company. We purchased a retirement home two years ago, a little ahead of our retirement, and wanted to lease it until we were ready to move. Is there an opcion for zero stars?
A whole year without smoke and carbon monoxide detector wich is a totally compliance issue and at the end when you move out they charge you for then not working. Worst experience ever. Not renting with them ever again and do not recommend at all

Do not rent from blue sage worst experience ever 3633 w 90th ave 80031 is full of mold so bad the city was involved the city fined blue sage and they still refused to fix huge maintenance issues like blown down fince water coming in windows mold leaks ect the hand rail broke off when the sent marty to repair it he used cardboard to hold the hand rail on katherine is a fraud lier and scammer comment on the review for link of photos and messages from blue sage and katherine. avoid this place at all cost!!!

The worst decision I made was to hire Blue Sage to manage my home.
Blue Sage kept me and the tenants unhappy.
Tenant forgot to turn the faucet off and the pipes froze. Blue Sage decided to charge me for the repair.
New carpets were installed by Blue Sage and the edges were coming lose. The tenants complain several times. Blue Sage never fix it.
The toilet got clogged. Blue Sage got a plumber to fix it. They fix the clog but they did a horribke job. Water started leaking. At that point I had to take over.
This is just a few issues I had to deal with

Kathryn is wonderful! She helped my family and I find a wonderful home here in PAWA in March. Finding dog friendly, reasonable housing can be a challenge, but Kathryn pulled through! She was a great advocate for us and our dogs with the private landlord. As expected, we had a small list of maintenance repairs upon moving in - Kathryn made arrangements and everything was taken care of in record time! Blue Sage is a great company - I enjoy having an online portal to pay rent, create maintenance requests, and keep track of records. Highly recommend!

Really bad customer service as a person trying to rent. There was no human to answer the phone just a computer animated appointment taker. No follow up in any way. Terrible reviews coming from other sources. I wouldnt want to rent or have them handle my property. As soon as I posted a negative review on google within minutes they called me.....really?

Just reviewed one of this companies advertisements for a home. And then the enormous laundry list of bull that they wanted in order to grace you with the privilege of renting one of their homes.

Invasive and intrusive don't even begin to explain what they asked for in their ad. I guess some people are comfortable with allowing a rental company access to all of their financials, and a detailed interview with past landlords, and and and and and and and. How does this company even rent places successfully?

Its easier to get a mortgage. Hell, I'm pretty sure its easier to adopt

I've been a tenant of Blue Sage Realty for 6 years and have never had any issues with how they do business or maintain the property I live in. They have always been very prompt with addressing any problems I've had, and everything gets fixed in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to rent property in the Denver area.

I called Joe 2 days ago to talk about a house in Broomfield. No return call. So I went to talk to the tenants who invited me in! They didn't speak v highly of BS ( which tenants never find out until later) They showed me the leak under their sink that had a pan for drip-age as BS had refused to fix it! Also how BS had no plans to repair, paint or clean carpets and wanted new tenants in the next day ( greed)! Tennant called Joe at 11:30 ( he told them he would be there at 11) who passed the phone to me! Joe said I needed an appointment and couldn't just walk into people's homes! My

If I could give this realty Company a 0 I would do so in a heartbeat. I feel as if I was scammed out of 120 dollars in application fees. Was given zero information on the property after asking multiple basic rental questions in person at the property. EX: Who are the owner's? Who are the neighbors? What are the HOA rules and regulations? What kind of maintenance gets done on the house? Are their any problems we should know about? What does the lease entail? Can I have a COPY OF THE LEASE? This management company is just out to nickel and dime you. They are terrible to deal with, had I read the reviews before I rented from them I never would have. They do not appreciate anything, you, your money or the way you take great care of the property. They charge you for ridiculous stuff and a ridiculous rate. Of course just to keep your money. I've rented from 3 management companies and have never been treated so poorly. Please trust me when I say, "don't do it!"

After we looked at a location, applied and got approved, they requested our bank statements and then stated that we "spent too much" and were going to move on to another renter - even though we offered to pay 12 months up front!

Positively terrible experience. We were treated like garbage by these people.

Found a place we liked, sent our application, got approved. Asked if the A/C (which had been disabled) worked, they said yes. Asked if we could get it in writing, they said no. Asked if we could have a 1-month penalty-free check for the apartment to make sure the A/C worked, they actually kicked us out.

"I'm rejecting your application. Get out."

Appalling. In the end, I'm glad, because after shopping around some more the place we were going to rent from them was overpriced (found a better place
