Property management is the core of our business. Since 1984 we've been living and working nearby and helping to meet the needs of our neighbors and want-to-be area residents. We're located in Westminster and service clients in the northwest and northern suburbs of Denver. We don't believe in hidden costs, padding repair bills, or nickel-and-diming you, the homeowner.

Hands down, THE best property management team I have ever worked with. We were renters for 4 years. Dean and her team were very responsive to questions or work orders. All requested repairs were completely timely and correct the first time. We had one emergency repair out of pocket and were reimbursed quickly and without question.
When we moved out, Dean and her team (Nick and Chris) made sure showings were convenient, followed strict COVID guidelines and were very attentive to protect our belongings and privacy if we weren’t present.

If I could give no stars I would. Not only did Highland Realty continue to charge me rent after my lease was over they were no help when I called asking for my money back. In addition, they never once came to fix a maintenance request, but had no problem charging us all the fees known to man. The website they use for bill pay has to be the worst payment site I have ever experienced. However, it is a clever way to charge and collect fees from you automatically. If you are looking to use them to rent out your home or to rent from I would reevaluate your choices.

We rented a Westminster, CO paired townhome from July 2016 - July 2018. We worked primarily with Nick Conley who was attentive and prompt. Like any other business, sometimes you have to take the initiative and follow up on specific items as they have many clients to manage. Maintenance requests were handled promptly. For the most part, both Nick Conley and Dean Leskovisek were both excellent with communication and following up with us on concerns and issues. We've since moved on and received our deposit back in full. Highly recommend Highland Realty and appreciate the service they provided.

I hired Highland Realty and Mgmt for my Broomfield condo and it was the best investment! I was initially living remotely in California and they were very communicative whenever something was needed for the condo. They were always able to help me find the best price for any repairs or maintenance/replacements and gave me choices. Auto payments worked smoothly and they even worked with my HOA companies directly on my behalf. Once I moved back, it was great to continue that relationship. Totally worth the investment, and if I ever rent my properties again I will definitely choose Highland again!!

They are continually informative, punctual, and have monthly & end of year statements that are easy to understand and make tax preparation easy. They also know when to make urgent decisions regarding property emergencies in order to keep property safe, functional and comfortable for tenants. I feel very lucky to have found such an amazing team to manage my property and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering their services.

Extremely Dissatisfied!!!! I can not say enough about how this company has hurt our family. We were the first family to see this house. We waited for the management individual to contact us regarding questions we had regarding the house. We were told that all of our questions and concerns were taken care of and that all that was needed was our application, application fee, and paperwork to support all requirements to get the house. We gave our current landlord our 30 day notice after receiving the information from Highland Realty, and started packing. After a week of trying to get a hold of the

I began using Highland Realty as a property manager back in 1995 when I decided to rent my house in Broomfield, rather than selling it. They have always been very responsive to both the tenants and to me as well. Some people ask why I don't manage my own rental rather than going with a property management company and all it takes is one experience with a troublesome tenant and you will know why. They are quick to take action in difficult situations (which I have not had many of, but....) and their recommendations are professional, compassionate, and based on years of experience with these situations

Highland Realty & Management has managed my property for more than six years. As an out-of-area owner, it can be difficult to find a leasing company to trust, but I have been extremely fortunate to work with Kristin and her staff, and I can honestly say that I trust them implicitly with my property.
I can't imagine that it's easy to balance the wants and needs of tenants with those of the property owners, but Highland has always made sure everyone is taken care of in a timely and effective manner. We own a rental property in Broomfield and are absentee owners as we did not live in Colorado when we purchased the property. Highland Realty has been managing the property for more than 10 years. We are obviously totally satisfied with their management, their service, and their total responsibility for all maintenance on the property or we would not have done business with them for so long.
Their property management has always been responsive when we called. They have told us what was wrong with the property when things needed fixing. I feel that they were also careful to select good repair people
