Kristin brings over 15 years of property management experience to this family owned business and is the managing Broker for the firm. She has experience in real estate listings and sales with Re\Max Alliance. She is a native of Colorado and has worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant, both in and out of state.
We service the Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Golden, west Westminster and northwest Denver. We manage all types of properties such as duplexes, single family and multi-family dwellings. We also offer a discount for 4+ units! Our owner, Kristin, does all of the showing of the properties to give us the opportunity to get to know the prospective tenants.

Edwards & Associates is an excellent property managment company. If you are looking for a place to rent or a homeowner looking for a management company, I highly recommend them. As a contractor specializing in tenant finishes and repairs for over 25 years I have worked for numerous property management companies over the years (some good and some bad). I've been doing work for Edwards & Associates for over 6 years and find them to be one of the good, very professional and experienced. As a homeowner you'll know your property is being taken care of and as a tenant you'll know repairs and emergencies

Was a renter with(Edwards & associates) for 2.5 yrs the owner Kristen C. was ok until move out. Upon receiving a letter out of the blue stating the owners were selling the property as a result of a major sewer line break in the basement bathroom that had to be jackhammer resulting in a extremely high bill. We were given a short period to find a new home in today’s tough COVID filled world. We moved out on 3/11/2021 not receiving the security deposit until 4/26/2021 stating we owed for the rest on the months water bill as well as damage to cabinet drawers that were brought to there attention over

Excellent Property management company to rent from or let manage your property. They take care of their tenets and their clients properties. If anything breaks or if I had an issue they got it fixed immediately. Their properties are always being up kept from concrete being replaced, to the garbage disposal being fixed. Everyone in their office is friendly, easy to get along with, and down to earth. Their handy men have great workmanship, friendly, and honest. ( not the creepy type). I would rent from them again and I recommend them to my friends and family.
