Must be completed and submitted to your Associations Board Of Directors for approval, before you may alter any common or limited common area. You May not start any project without approval. This includes but not limited to satellite dishes, window or central air conditioners, screen doors, windows, painting, front doors, and fencing.
We are often asked as Board Members or as the Management Company about routine activities that are happening behind the scenes for the benefit of the Association. Homeowner volunteers do some of that coordination and work, and the Management Company does other work.
