No, we don't. If you need to drop off rent or any other paperwork you'll need to come during our normal business hours. We advise that you remove all personal belongings and clean the house thoroughly including floors, walls, trim, windows, bathrooms, counters, cabinets, appliances. All carpets should be shampooed.

I do not recommend renting from allred properties. Been there for a month and the place is horrible. Couldn't finish moving in till I cleaned the drawers and cabinets. It was disgusting. Then they change me for the water I use to clean. Refused to knock anything off of deposit. The communication is very bad unless it is helping them out then they will get back to you fast. There are several problems with the house and it's still not repaired after a month. Garage door is broken, dish washer don't work and the window in the spare room will slam down if opened. Dishonest and bullies. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They will charge you for repairs that should have happened BEFORE YOU MOVED IN even if previous tenants caused the damage.

I moved in December 1, 2021. I turned in a pre move in sheet that stated I had a leak in my bathroom prior to moving in. I was neglected for 1 month. I put in three maintenance request in the course of December. The maintenance man came out three times and he did NOT fix the leak in my bathroom because he didn't have tools. When the maintenance guy finally fixed it in January, I got a bill from 310 for plumbing, when it was an issue before I moved in. I paid my January rent and now I have 3 days to pay for a leak, I told them about on my pre move in sheet or I have to forfeit my rent. I did NOT

The staff at Allred has always treated me with respect and kindness. They have been as timely on repairs as they possibly can considering covid lock downs and staff shortages due to the lock downs. They did everything they could as soon as they could. They replaced my roof, installed a new sliding glass door, and many other small things as well. I readbthe other reviews and i don't think people are being fair.. A resident just needs to be patient and understanding during these trying times. Rented a property from these guys and cannot get our deposit back despite leaving the place in better condition than we got it. Neighbors that moved in and out at the same time are having the same issue. It has been 53 days and they won't even return a call about it.

DONT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Their properties are trashed, not well maintained at all they claim they are unaware of the problem but that cant be further from the truth. If you want the real pictures to their property, hit me up. They shut off our water this weekend a 3 day weekend without notifying us. So unprofessional.

This is by far the worst property management company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They do not take care of their clients or their tenants. They are deceitful, misleading, and dishonest. I would run as far possible in the opposite direction. The owner Jerry Allred is a con and should be shut down.

I highly recommend Allred Properties. They took over management of our 21 rental properties several years ago and they are by far the best management team I've ever worked with. They are quick to respond to repair requests and always keep me informed of the status of repairs. If you need a Rent Roll, no problem. Any report, just ask. Vacancies are minimized as properties are advertised over multiple websites. Allred Properties you're the "Best" in NW Arkansas!

I am truly lucky to be a tenant of All Red properties. This pandemic has taken a toll on me for over a year financially. They have been extremely helpful and extremely patient with me getting my rent paid month. Work orders have been answered promptly even though I still had a balance on rent. Very rude. Do not know customer service. False lease statements. Deposit never received. I was as patient as could be for losing it, all that was said was "I don't know what you want me to do". Claimed it was my fault however I have mass texts to prove otherwise! Do not rent from them!

We have only been renting for a couple months but it's off to a terrible start Initially, they waited to send the mold report for the house until AFTER the lease was signed even though the mold report was completed over a month prior. They didn't say if any of the mold reported had been treated or what. So that's pretty sketchy..
Now, we've been without heat since Friday night. We've emailed, called, emailed some more, left voicemails on the emergency number. No reply's So we've had to buy space heaters and watch the electric meter run laps because they obviously

I initially give Allred Property a good review here however, after learning the true condition of my property I've had a change of opinion. Jerry Allred and his team allowed the tenants to destroy my property and allowed significant deterioration to occur. There were drains not functional and the toilets were not flushing properly. Still i tried to work with Jerry Allred and his incompetent team to get as much damage repaired as possible. According to the final report they replaced some light bulbs and trim (see photos). As i was trying to work out the issues with them they were suddenly not available

After living in my apartment for 3 years with no issue, Allred suddenly took over as our property managers. They basically gave us no notice and we had to hunt them down just to find out where our next rent check was supposed to go (luckily our old property managers were helpful). Then they straight up LOST my first rent check. Lost. Gone. I had to pay $36 for a stop check order (which they didn't refund me nor deduct from my rent) even though they had me on camera dropping my check off in their on site box (and admitted such). Do not have them manage your property!!! I hired them to manage my home. Turns out Jerry did not do a a complete credit and background check on the tenants who eventually rented my home. Long story short, I ended up taking them to court and getting a judgement in my favor, over $7000. They skipped town, as this was their MO. If Jerry would have done his job he would have found this out. Stay away!!!

Horrible company to rent from. They lie about the property. Anything that needs fixing takes forever, if at all. They sent a repair man to fix my back door latch. He left for parts and never came back. It was left broken for the last month and a half of the lease. You might as well say goodbye to your deposit. If you leave a spider web in the corner of a vaulted 14ft ceiling, then they will charge 150 dollars of labor to remove it. Do not rent from Allred. Overcharging for rent and just a bad company to do business with

STAY AWAY FROM ALLRED PROPERTIES....I had my property manage by this company back on 2007. I lost 3 years with no rent, this people will lie to you, they will make up anything to charge YOU the home owner. Definitely will not recommend this company as a property management. After I left Allred 2 Months later I leased my property and is been lease since.

I just moved in and my biggest complaint was SNAKES. Yup, snakes inside of my apartment. And this isn't a ghetto place. I pay $650 a month for a one bedroom.
When I called them and said I just saw a little snake crawl into a hole in my living room wall they said 'Oh it's no big deal, they are not poisonous'
I called back 30 minutes later and told them 'Hey, I need someone here right now this instant because I just found 3 more dead snakes caught in my duct tapes I had laying around in the bedroom.'

Awful company, awful management, and awful business ethic. Everything everyone below has said is true (besides the statement of "Go Allred"). Do not expect a cent back from your deposit, do not expect prompt service with any issues you may have, and do not expect to be treated as a valued customer. Normally I would not talk bad about a company but after the experience I had with Allred Properties I am more than happy to go out of my way to make sure nobody else makes the mistake of using this company. NEVER DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! I have never experienced such rudeness. From the appointment that was set, which Jerry never showed up for, to the moment he started YELLING AT ME! I have never in my life been spoken to like this. I was interrupted so many times- and when I asked (without yelling, mind you) if "I could please finish what I was saying" the man actually yelled at me "no you may not!"
