Critical: Professionalism
They are scam artists. It is not possible to get your security deposit back. You have to give them over 60 days notice before you move so if you find another place you are forced to pay 2 rents with no return. Read your contract carefully

My apartment was in beautiful condition and worked in a pinch for the tight timeline of just a summer stay that I had sought out. Ashley was tremendously accommodating and extremely responsive/helpful with it all! It was truly a great experience and I'd stay again.

I have absolutely loved living in these apartments. I feel like we have all had our fair share of bad experiences in Fayetteville and Houses Inc has been incredible from the start. The manager, Ashley, has always been so friendly to me and is so easy to get ahold of. The one time I had to call maintenance, the issue was taken care of immediately! I would recommend the Club at the Creek apartments highly. One of the biggest and best apartments you can get in Fayetteville for a great price.

I have been a renter in NWA for ten years, five of those with Houses, Inc. I find them to be the most professional of all the rental companies/landlords I have worked with during that time. This company has always treated me like a person rather than just a number, and worked with me according to my various needs.

I really need to express my gratitude to especially Ashley the manager. We are from Illinois and my daughter went to university of Arkansas 10 hours away from us. Ashley was so helpful with anything and everything we needed! She made sure my daughter was content with how clean the apartment was and went above and beyond many times for her. I would highly recommend these apartments and management to anyone. We felt our daughter was safe which was huge for us! Thank you Ashley!

As a now former tenant of one of their properties, you'd do well to avoid doing business with them. They'll take every dime that they can, but can't be bothered to spend any of it on property maintenance or pest control. If you need a place to live in Fayetteville, DO NOT LOOK HERE.

Houses Inc. 705 W Douglas property is an incredibly convenient place to live if you are attending/working at the UofA! Parking can be limited at times, which is per the usual in Fayetteville. But as a student, I greatly appreciate having a convenient and QUIET place to live that is also classy. The size is perfect and the balcony is a nice perk.

If there was a zero star option, I would select that. This company has a "boot" woman that monitors parking spaces on their lots. She has booted cars that were legally parked, following all signage, etc. They do not answer phone calls, and she was non responsive to the people whose car was booted other than to ask for their $40.00 ransom for their boot. She will even boot the employees if they are at work past the time she decides is appropriate, despite the business owner paying a goodly sum per month for the right to have people park at his establishment.

Houses Inc. has been a great company to rent from in the Northwest Arkansas area. I personally live in the Courts at Whitham, which have made being a student at the University of Arkansas very convenient! The University is seconds (walking distance) away from campus. I am able to walk not only class, but to football games and basketball games when parking on campus is full. I also didn't have to pay for an on campus parking pass due to the apartments being so close to campus.
Additionally, I broke the microwave door off of my microwave, sent a maintenance request, and within a few hours maintenance

I have been renting in Fayetteville for over 10 years and my experience renting from Houses Inc. has been my best so far. The property manager is attentive and professional. Any issues are quickly addressed and are always followed up to ensure satisfaction. Beautiful and unique properties are becoming few and far between in this growing town and I'm lucky enough to be renting one of the best!

Horrible, immoral people. The apartment I lived in for two years managed by Houses Inc experienced plague like conditions of endless roaches and flooding. ALL of the air vents and surrounding walls contained visible mold. These issues were repeatedly brought up and never addressed. Working with these people is not only a challenge, it's a chore. They're just looking to take advantage in any way possible. We will be contacting the health department regarding the deplorable living conditions of the property they manage.

Units are overpriced: they do not spray for bugs, they covered up issues that became apparent after living in apartment for a month and 1/2, they refused to negotiate early termination of a lease. He unit we rented was originally $800 on market but we were told that the new lease would be returned to the "normal price of $1,300" after the end of the "winter special" was finished (lasted 4 months and wasn't listed in original advertisement) but would only charge us $1,200. We thought we enjoyed the location enough to pay the increase of rent but the unit became a nightmare.
