The first year was great. However, since they had their own handyman services, service/maintenance charges began to go uphill. It seems they are trying to maximize the billing hours of their own handymen and do not care about customers' interests. One example is that we had an used dryer, which only costed us less than $200 initially and they spent about $600 to repair it without letting us know prior to repair. I would definitely buy a used one instead spending so much for repairing. Also, their accounting is terrible, double charged services, not posting service invoices if not asked. Also, the

Diane has gone above and beyond for us from day one! We rented for two years and it could not have been a better experience. Every time we needed anything she was quick to respond and genuinely concerned with making sure we were taken care of. We had the AC unit go out on us Labor Day weekend and the Higgins had someone out the very next day to make a repair, this was huge for me at home with two babies! Always willing to help in anyway they could. Would recommend them to anyone!
