Thank you so much to Ruben the Maintence man who went above and beyond to fix everything we needed. He’s always in a great mood and is very friendly and fixes the problem. We appreciate it!

Out of the several renters I’ve had over the years, this is the only one I’ve had any trouble with. All appliances and drawers were outdated and broke down frequently. I had my bathroom mirror fall on top of me because it became unglued to the wall. And they will bill you a ridiculous amount when you move out so they can renovate the place with your own money and threaten to send you to collections if you do not pay. AVOID THEIR PROPERTIES!

Honestly trinity handled business better then this company. I've had a hole in my floor for 4 months due to a broken pipe that was repaired. I told the office manager, after a month from the first time she said someone would be out, that it was becoming a problem and a safety hazard because I have two young children, one of which is just learning to walk. At this point both of them have fallin it or due to it, and stubbed their twos on the jagged exposed tile that's in my hall way. After being told four times that someone is coming to fix it, I'm just fed up. They clearly don't care about the safety

Rented under one of their Elder Company properties. They scammed me out of my security deposit. Lived at one of the properties for 11 years.Over the years the time receive maintence got longer and longer. They never did basic maintenence such as paint, clean carpet etc but the rent kep going up. This year they put in cheap plastic toilets and "upgraded" shower heads which reduced water pressure. When I moved they refused to return my security deposit stating I didn't clean the unit and it wasn't move in ready. I lived there for 11 years so how could I make it move in ready. They charged me for

I wouldn't even give 1 star, but that part is required. I've been looking for a place and I contacted them and they said they had available units so I applied. Grace Fitch told me she gave my number to the landlord and he would show me a place and I could start the process since i was approved and then I was never contacted. I reached out to grace a few times throughout a 3 day period then I contacted support on the website, no reply- shocker. Basically they took my application fee and didn't contact me back. 10/10 would not recommend, such a rip off.

Do not rent from them!!!!! My husband and I just found out he had a brain injury from a car bomb when he was in the military. Because of this and his days cut at work and other expenses. We could no longer afford this place. We called and I begged them to just let us transfer to a cheaper place, they said NO. My husband looses his job we lost our cars and evection was on the door. Well we leave the place just as we got it except there was one place where one of those candle warmers fell and got on the wall. I did the best I could cleaning but it didn’t work any way they just put a little paint

Known these people for years yes I have had a few minor things needed to be fixed, but that’s what living is, always treated me well and kind! Respect their property like it is your own and you will have zero issue I know that for a fact that’s what most renters don’t understand. It’s like asking someone to borrow their car when it’s on empty and you bring it back with no gas. Life isn’t a hand out you get what you give! Alright post moving out there were things I should of fix or changed but they took care of everything and I was just charged for cleaning like I said before if you

Our property was disgusting. Not updated at all. The management was rude and unwilling to make necessary fixes. Misty was the worst of the bunch. NWA is getting built up with plenty of beautiful apartment complexes. I would rent at any of them before you rent with Summit. Their business model will not last.

They don't honor their verbal agreements so learn from my big mistake to not leave a detailed paper trail of every conversation. I got totally screwed because I didn't get documentation of every little thing they told me. Took multiple photos of pre-existing problems, they were conveniently lost. Even so, many of the post move-out charges were not things I could document anyway. They never told me to do a written walk through on move in, they only told me to take pictures, but then told me after that I should have also done a written list. Geez, thanks for giving me thorough instructions

I will list a few problems I had towards the end of my stay, but there were plenty during our stay (hence the 2 star review). I'm focusing on the end to help people properly leave this company. "Summit Property Management" is actually a spinoff of this company as well (possibly an attempt to hide their bad reputation).
They tried to weasel out of giving back security deposit, they changed policies and required me to invest considerable time to fix it, and they did NOT honor verbal agreements (like a final walkthrough inspection).
***They changed policy for move out (wanted us to pay
