Brian Cullop did a great inspection on our new home we were looking to buy. He was very clear in what issues could be present spanning from the cosmetic to the more structural issues we should know about. Brian was very thorough in our home inspection. He was able to put our mind at ease during the purchase of our new home. He is very knowledgeable and was pleasant to work with. He didn't mind that we followed him around and asked questions when we didn't understand something!

As a first home buyer I was excited yet nervous to buy a house. I did not want to buy without an inspection. I heard nothing but good reviews about Ace Home Services. After getting the inspection report I was excited to learn there were only a few issues which the sellers fixed before I moved in. That’s what I thought until I moved in and did a more thorough investigation myself. I found some major issues that were not addressed in the inspection. The first being that nine out of sixteen in the main living area windows were unable to be opened and some of the windows that did open were broken

Brian did a great job inspecting the home I'm in the process of purchasing. As a first time home buyer, I had a million questions and he was very patient and explained everything to me very thoroughly! The report was emailed to me the same day of the inspection which was a HUGE plus. Beyond being professional, friendly, and on time, Ace is a veteran-owned business which is something we should all aim to support. I would definitely use his services again!

Brian was great! He was punctual and professional. After the inspection, he walked me and my fiancé through all the issues with our prospective new home, and explained which problems should be addressed by a professional and which we could do ourselves. As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated the time and detail he put into our home inspection. He’s great at what he does!
