For the past 20+ years, we have been blessed to raise our families in the beautiful Roanoke Valley. Lloyd has over 15 years of experience in pest control and exterminating. We are invested in our Roanoke Valley community. Green 1st Home Inspections is co-owned and operated by licensed home inspector Josh Morris.

I recently had my home inspection done by Lloyd and I have 0 complaints or negative things to say. He was responsive to our request for service, scheduling and payment was a breeze and reasonable. Josh from Green 1st came out to do an inspection on my home that I've owned for a couple of years since the initial inspection when I bought the place wasn't as thorough as I would have liked. He was very careful, detailed, and professional, and he thoroughly addressed my concerns about some basement water spots and roof issues. The home inspector I dealt with was named Lloyd an incredibly pleasant professional with even greater knowledge of his job...he had looked at things that I would have never even considered. Capping the rating at 5 stars almost feels like a disservice to such an incredible team! After lots of research, we settled on Green 1st Home Inspections for a pre-purchase home inspection and could not be more pleased with their work. The communication throughout was very clear, prompt and friendly. They keep their word, go above & beyond to recommend service providers where needed, patiently answer questions, do the dirty work with grace, have tools to provide services that their competitors don't offer (like the drone for inspecting hard-to-see places), are very punctual, treat you like family

Lloyd at Green 1st Home Inspections was the first person to respond to a request for a home inspection on a house we're trying to get closed on in under 30 days. He scheduled the inspection on the morning of the first business day after our request. I compared his prices to three other inspection companies, and his were either better or right in line with the others. So I was already impressed with the price and his responsiveness before he even did the inspection. After the inspection, I was even more impressed. I got the report that same evening and it was extremely thorough. I am buying a house

If you need a home inspection I would suggest Green 1st home inspection 100 times over. We just had 2 inspections done with them and they made the most stressful part of a home sale so much better. I didn't even know the extra services they provide with the home inspection and that made it so much easier to have them do the work. They were so thorough and I am so pleased with them I would suggest that anyone buying or selling their home to contact them and let them help you get any questions you may have about a property completely answered. It's so important to know what your getting into and
