Doug inspected the home we are hoping to purchase. He was easy to talk to and explained everything that would be in the report. The inspection lasted a solid 3 hours, therefore, I feel it is safe to say that this was a very thorough inspection. Highly recommend Bateman for home inspections. They went above and beyond for us, even in a time of bad weather when we weren't even able to travel to our inspection. Their reports were detailed, honest, and thorough and our agent appreciated how easily they were able to create a list of repair asks.

In full transparency, our inspection was done 3 years ago by Neil Gibson on behalf of Bateman Inspections. I'm just getting to writing this review because as we continue to find items our frustration level has increased and we felt the need to caution other potential patrons of Bateman Home Inspections. The items we've come across would have been visible at the time of inspection; these are not due to our use, weather or maintenance. When Neil did the inspection, he told us "you sure got a good one" and reflected that sentiment in the inspection documents which included no deficiencies and only

This is a fantastic company! I used Bateman home inspections to provide me a home inspection on a house I am purchasing. Douglas Cash is a true professional. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. His expertise gave me the confidence to make the best decision moving forward with my new purchase. Gabe McQueen was our home inspector and he was simply amazing! He inspected the house while the sellers were present for an hour and a half, and when we arrived he went over a few things. He did an excellent job reviewing every nook and crannies of the house and provided a detailed summary of the issues with recommendations of every item and concern. He found so many issues that we hadn't even anticipated or noticed before. He was very thorough, patient with both sellers and us, friendly, professional, and respectful. Bateman Home Inspections is truly amazing! Doug did an amazing job inspecting our potential new home. He was very professional, patient, and friendly. Doug was very easy to talk to and answered all of my questions and then some. I was able to spend the whole time with him while he went through the inspection. The entire inspection lasted about 3 hours, needless to say that he was extremely thorough in the whole process.
