After a successful 15-year run as the owner of another Las Vegas towing company, Big Valley Towing was founded in 2006 by the late "Big Dann" Collins and his wife, Debbie Collins. But that day would end tragically: Dann was hit by a truck carrying an oversized load, killing him instantly.

Thank you big valley towing for saving us while we were stuck on the side us-93 due to a flat tire! Our driver showed up they were lovely and super friendly service. Our original tow truck had unexpected issues however another truck was dispatched and came to get us. That’s our wonderful driver who worked in accounting filled in for the other driver! Thanks again for saving the day

These guys saved me on the 4th of July! The driver treated me like family and made sure I had plenty of water in the Las Vegas heat!
I really appreciate watching someone triple check everything is safely hooked up before taking off. Once I got to my mechanic even he was impressed by the driver!
Can’t remember his name sadly but thank you brotha with dreads, if the bosses see this you gotta a good one!
Also love hearing that the company takes care of their employees that means just as much as the work done! Happy 4th guys thank you 🙏🏾

I have AAA and called to tow boat back to Las Vegas from Indian Springs due to tire failure. AAA had wrong location at first but was updated around noon so I called the truck did not arrive until around 5:00 PM. I'm not including the time AAA screwed up. I called office 4 time and told them time my correct location. At 2:32 AAA called them and Big Valley told them DUE to wrong location it would be another 90 minutes per Amy. Keep in mind I confirmed the correct location at 12:18 we broke down at 11:00 AM first 1 hour due to AAA not knowing different between Searchlight and Indian Springs

What a let down! This POS company was sent by AAA only to leave stranded and NOT tow senior citizens that were stranded in the middle of the desert in 100+ weather! Not to mention the big guy with a red beard that was rude and offered a warm bottle of water and no further assistance to these two! AAA will be hearing from us and I would NEVER recommend or trust this company to take care of your needs!!!!

If your a good decent person please I beg you avoid this place. Save yourself time and money. Zero star would be more appropriate. They are holding my semi trailer ransom without reason. Bill is paid but they have every excuse in the book as to why they can't release it. Will be filing in court for lost wages.

Top notch! I was in an unfortunate situation. Two blown tires way out in the desert. Ashley (dispatcher) was friendly, helpful, and kind. She made me feel that I was in good hands from the first phone call. Patrick (tow truck driver) was quick, friendly, and efficient. Great service and great people!

I payed them seven hundred to tow straight truck my company truck was on the back of truck they call like at five pm sat couldn't come down and get my company truck until Sunday morning they charged me storage I call ahead of time made me wait long to get truck out like my time didn't matter lady was really rude never again never use big valley towing

We were stranded in Rachel, NV near area 51 with a radiator hose busting on a new motorhome. No cell phone service. finally got on horn to roadside and a few hours later big valley towing came. Jamaal was very friendly eager to help and provided coolant as we were able to stop leak. He followed me to gas station to get additional but my rv would not make it. He hooked me up to tow truck and got us to the nearest gas station where we agreed we would try again to add coolant.

Elvis was so nice, so nice! And he was very careful with our truck, he explained the process, made it as seamless as possible. I cannot even put into words how touched I was by his sincerity and helpfulness. E.g. when we changed our drop off location he acknowledged the extra $700 we would have paid for the initial drop off was a good chunk (worth it of course, but he didn't gloss over it as if that was nothing).
The Big Valley Towing dispatcher was genuinely helpful. Like, it's actual humans working there, not script reading AI.

Thank God for big Valley towing... called them thru AAA and they came within 15 minutes (because they were nearby with another broken down car on interstate 15) all the way out by Primm resort to save my life because it was 115° outside and I had a flat tire....good man Jorge was very nice and very accommodating and changed my tire with my spare less than 15 minutes and he had a great attitude and he's very hospitable and compassionate to the situation.... so thank you Jorge for saving my life and the situation that I was in.... Big valley towing is awesome!

Got great service before, last week my boyfriend car ended tow, waited over 2 hrs, and my BFF got her car towed, when I took her to their location this LARGE Mexican woman helped her, she was so very very rude, she tried to talk down to my friend as if she was beneath her, I Pray to Never have to deal with them again, I sure wont be as kind as my friend was!!!!

Our car broke down and we need a tow. We were going down the list of Vegas tow companies. They were the first out of four to answer. They also had a way better rate than our car insurance roadside assistance. The tow truck arrived sooner than the estimated time (about 15-20 minutes). The tow driver, George, was professional and helpful. Gave us a ride with our car. Got home quick and safe.

So... we were in Primm, NV, leaving to return to Cali. Thats when our oil cooler went out. We called and received the best service ever by Jorge H. Professional all the way, funny and comforting. We drive into Vegas, dropped the car off to the shop for repair. This was the best time in a stressful situation. Great job to Jorge H. Keep it up.

My husband took our truck to Las Vegas and it ended up breaking down : (
But things turned around when Elmer picked our truck up and towed it back as close to our house in Southern California as possible. He even offered a few solutions to get it back the rest of the way there.
Things ended up working out and our car is headed back home shortly. My husband stayed in Las Vegas and has reported that he's now having good luck on the craps table : )
