Warrior II Yoga is an online yoga studio based in Austin, Texas! We offer a variety of live-streamed yoga classes (currently via Zoom) 6 days a week. Our teachers and classes give our students the opportunity to practice yoga from the comfort and safety of their own homes from all over the country.
We also offer virtual learning opportunities for students and yoga teachers alike, and monthly yoga events like our Community Kirtan. You must sign up for class/event at least one hour prior to the class start time. If there is no one signed up for the class by the one hour mark, that class will be subject to cancellation.

Services
While we only offer classes in an online format, all of our teachers are currently located in Austin, Texas. We offer yoga with the intention to provide a safe, and supportive community, where students can experience physical, mental, and spiritual healing. Whether you are a curious beginner, or a seasoned yoga practitioner, we are certain that we offer classes that will suit your needs.
A Hatha Yoga practice with a slow paced approach to emphasize joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Poses are held from three to five minutes to increase strength in those tissues. Props are incorporated for supporting the body. Yin Yoga classes incorporate more poses than a Restorative class, as the focus is on an appropriate stress and rest response of the physical (and energetic) body.
While in Yoga Teacher Training, each student in Daniel's class was given a specific posture to study and to create a yoga class sequence for teaching. They were then asked to lead their peers through the sequence as a demonstration of their teaching abilities and as a requirement for graduation. Daniel was assigned Virabhadrasana II, more commonly known as Warrior II.

A beautiful, expanding space to practice yoga in North Austin. This location on Parmer just east of the MoPac HEB serves an under-served yoga population! I love the white walls, the golden om light fixtures, sophisticated colors and decor. Of course the best part is the teachers. They are currently at 15 teachers with a wide range of class styles and times offered. I have not taken every single teacher (yet), but I'd say that overall this studio emphasizes safety, gentleness, ahimsa (which means non-violence in the sense that you are kind to your body and only do what works for you).

Great local neighborhood yoga studio. Intimate space in what was a converted house, feels homey :-)
I really enjoyed my sessions with Elizabeth for Warrior flow. Challenging but not too difficult. They also have plenty of beginner-level classes if you're just getting started. The facility is also climate controlled which is a big plus. Parking was a breeze. I'll definitely be coming back for more!
