I'm Nathan Wall, the Head Inspector. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet me until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. Ultimately, a thorough home inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.
I've been working in real estate for over 5 years. I've inspected hundreds of homes as a construction project manager before even getting into the Home Inspection Business. Before becoming an inspector, I was a Project Manager at a Fix-N-Flip Investment company based out of Nashville Tennessee. I helped manage the construction process of over 100 homes and help build over a dozen new homes in the Greater Middle Tennessee Area.

Nathan has lived in Franklin since 1999. He moved here with his family and has been active in the community ever since. School and graduated from MTSU in 2008 with a Bachelors in Entrepreneurship. He volunteers with his church, and a local food distribution charity that helps provide groceries to the needy in our community.

Nathan inspected an older property for me. He was extremely thorough and meticulous with his findings. I am not well-versed in construction but he was very patient in helping me understand what needed to be done to resolve the various issues that he found. I appreciated how detailed he was and would highly recommend him to others!

I purchased a 100 year old house and had Nathan come out and do my testing and inspection. He found everything that needed to be repaired or replaced. He was very thorough and even took the time to explain certain parts of the report as a first time home buyer that I needed help with. I was so impressed by his work I had him come back out and verify all the work he suggested was completed. He made this part of my purchasing process very easy and less stressful. I highly recommend.
