This review is long overdue. Our uber-experienced realtor swears by A+ and recommended Steve and Carmen to perform our pre-purchase inspection about a year ago. The depth of the inspection and the quality of the report were unreal. Steve recommended we be on-site at the time of inspection. Item by item, he walked us through his findings and told us which items were serious vs. minor. He pointed out simple repairs we could perform ourselves like placing a plate over the forklift hole in the bottom of our AC unit so that we didn't invite skunk nests.
