I specialize in performing short-term radon testing in conjuction with real estate transactions. There is an additional charge for this service with a regular home inspection. Electrical Panel Inspection: This home in Nashville, Tennessee reveals some safety issues unknown to many homeowners: electrical panels should not be painted.
