Services
I specialize in performing short-term radon testing in conjuction with real estate transactions. There is an additional charge for this service with a regular home inspection. A radon test to be dismissed by a majority of real estate agents. Not anymore. Scientific and medical research have proved that radon gas in the home is can be deadly.
If you are thinking of selling your home in the greater Nashville area, you should consider having a pre-sale home inspection prior to listing your house. In today's real estate market, homebuyers can afford to be choosy. A pre-sale inspection, sets the stage for a more qualified sale and provides an opportunity to receive an unbiased, objective evaluation of the current condition of your home by a third party inspector.
I follow NACHI's (National Association of Certified Home Inspector) Standards of Practice for every inspection. A Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a residential dwelling, performed for a fee, which is designed to identify observed material defects within specific components of said dwelling.

John was amazing! He communicated every step of the way, and did exactly what he said he was going to do. This is my first home purchase, so Iām nervous about the whole process. This particular part of the process was smooth. It was a huge relief knowing I had someone knowledgeable and reliable. I would refer him to anyone purchasing a home. Thank you, John, and All Pro Property Inspection! Complete professionals š
