We know you are all eager to begin to practice again, so even though we do not have everything "just right", we are opening our doors for a partial schedule. Classes and workshops will be added over the coming weeks and months, and we are eager to hear what you would like to see on our schedule. Flow yoga is known for its coordination of movement and breath (vinyasa), stemming from the warm-up salutation sequences.

Good for in person, livestream and on demand classes. Entitles you to discounts on services such as workshops and retail, and access to our on demand video library. The autopay agreement is good for 12 months, and after 12 months the contract will end, and the client can renew at the monthly unlimited rate that is available then at that time.
Training will consist of separate modules, so you can join for one or all to deepen your knowledge and practice of yoga, or complete all and become a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher.
Session 1 will include: introduction to the inner body, breath and bandhas; practice and explanation of meditation; introduction to pranayama (anatomical breathing to move prana or chi); yoga philosophy; Sanskrit pronunciation; learning styles and teaching techniques; detail on asana and related anatomy in forward bends, standing poses, dog poses, wide leg folds, hip openers, and backbends.
