This place is horrible concerning customer service. I have been waiting for 2 months for my $250 deposit check. No one at their corporate office returns phone calls or emails and no one in the mangers office on sight does either. 250 dollars is a lot to some people like me. This big Corporation with rental proprieties all over the US it a small drop in a big bucket!!! SHAMEFUL!!!!!!

22$ "trash butler fee" mandatory for every guest. This is where you fill a trash can leave it in front of your door and you paid 22$ extra a month for someone to get it for you. I'd rather take my own trash out and save money don't make this mandatory. Also creaky floors these places are so old and should not cost this much to rent. Admin ladies and maintenance are nice and professional though. If you can find someone else, do yourself the favor. (edit for reply- I have perceived no difference with trash butler, I don't use it I don't want to use it don't charge me its a rip off excuse to charge

Very old and dirty, no matter is the building, refrigerator, oven or air conditioning is old seems haven't been maintaining or repair a long time.
they should come to pick up trash on Sunday to Thursday, somehow they start being lazy, they don't come to pick up the trash, make the whole place is stinky, the leasing office still mandatory charge $22 every month, Very unacceptable.

The actual living space was just fine plenty of space and everything worked just fine. The maintenance was hit or miss, they would usually fix what was requested but would say others weren’t a big deal and not too worry. It was hard to know if for those moments we would be billed once we moved out for having things not fixed while there. The worst thing about these apartments was the staff who organized and ran most of the operations of the buildings. Before moving in we did a tour of our room and we were promised a new mirror in the bathroom but that never happened. After having a section of

I currently live here and the up stairs people must have 6 to 7 kids that run to one end to the other all day and all night. I have to work early in the mornings so I always go in tired because of the noise all night. The office has been aware of this and nothing has been done about it. I really can’t wait until the lease is up and me move far-away from here. I tell all my family & friends look elsewhere for living when they ask about here.

Everything seems nice so far. The balcony has an enormous air conditioning unit right in the middle of it so you can only really use less than half of your balcony. It’s also really loud. There’s one on each balcony and when they are all running it literally shakes the building and makes things in my apartment rattle. I wish the pool had longer hours. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The gym is nice. Having a 24 hour Amazon Hub is super handy. The grounds are well maintained and the neighbors are nice.

Honestly, I have never had a worse apartment living experience. The apartment manager, Aleesha, doesn’t know what she’s doing and does not communicate effectively if it does not suit her. My advice to you if you plan to move here (and I STRONGLY suggest that you DON’T!) is to be hyper vigilant about everything, because the managers couldn't care less. Take THOROUGH pictures and write down EVERY thing when you move in of the condition of the apartment. Keep a paper trail on EVERYTHING so that you can protect yourself.
One red flag is that you can’t see the actual unit that you would be living

I may have just moved but I feel so safe and at home. I could not have better neighbors. I walk my dog very early in the morning and late in the evening and I feel totally safe. The grounds are so pretty it makes it a nice quite walk. I have gone to the office to talk about some issues I had with my apartment and they were address and resolved so quick. Brady has been very nice and helpful in not only answering my questions but making suggestions on local business in the area that meets what I am looking for. It is also so nice to feel comfortable to just go in and talk with him as he is very personable

They mow the grass and keep up landscaping but the positives end there. They have some kind of racket going with Loves towing. They will have your car towed without warning. No call, no email, no knock on the door. Maintenance is slow or non existent. I put in a request three years ago for dishwasher repair. No reply, if you talk to the ladies in the office they are polite yet it’s not their problem. Rent goes up a ridiculous amount each year. The buildings and balconies are falling apart. Don’t rent here unless you don’t have an option. I’ve never been so excited to get out of an apartment
