Nice apartments, there are some drawbacks like parking. You should be able to tell this just by being there, not a huge drawback but just something to be aware of. Office staff were extremely nice and helpful with any issues. Which to me is the biggest thing when dealing with an apartment. Any issues were delt with quickly and I was properly updated on status of what was going on.

Very professional. Things were taken care of very quickly and left my repairs cleaned up.
I felt you should have checked with me to see if it was working. I had to call twice and make an offline visit. I did get a text from Angelia on Saturday to make sure it was up and running. I know I can count on Angelia ANY time. She is one of the best employees I’ve see in a long time.

Only other thing I wish they had was more room to walk dogs and such, they do the best they can with the room they have to work with though.

Enjoyed my experience overall. Angela in the front office was the best thing about living there. She was always very helpful. I agree that the worst part was the limited parking spots. Don’t like that you’ll get a tow notice on your car about registration that’s past due from the parking authority. Don’t think they should be able to do that. I pay for my spot. Leave me alone. Pretty quiet complex minus the people with dogs that constantly bark. Didn’t like the extra move out fee I was charged that was not explained ahead of time when asked. Safe place to live and neighbors are nice and

Don't like the parking situation, definitely not enough parking for everyone living there. Especially not for trailers and commercial trucks and broken down cars that never leave. Didn't like the short notice of randomly entering people's apartments. We are told to get the power in our name then the apartments sends us a bill and late fee for not paying power even though we deal with the power company directly and have the power all paid up and never late. Provided proof everytime we got charged from the apartments it never came off so we gave up showing/explaining. Didn't pay it though. Car got

Definitely won’t come back. When I came into the apartment it was dirty. We didn’t even get to see it before signing it. They have outrageous prices that aren’t even worth what they give you in return. We got so many “threats” of charging our area on noise or random things we weren’t even doing. It wasn’t even just us it was the breezeway of apartments. They are constantly coming into the apartment. Did not call it home but a place that keeps on getting violated. They call it disabled accessible and it’s not. Only the bottom floor (which there are only so many apartments there.

My husband and I have lived here since July and we have really enjoyed our time here! We have a great mountain view and a spacious apartment. The leasing office and maintenance are super responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that there isn’t a lot of parking, but obviously management has no control over that. I’m glad I chose to live here!

My boyfriend and I moved in in October 2018.I park in a garage. A garage I pay $100/month for. There is a parking lot next to it and since we moved in, I've had trouble getting in and out of my garage that I PAY for due to people parking badly, blocking it etc. I've told the office many times that this is an issue. It's a pain having to maneuver my… SUV out of the garage. On mother's day 2019,i had to get out of my garage. Someone's truck was blocking it and my boyfriend had to help me guide my car out. I ended up damaging my car on the right front while trying to back out. I have pictures
