Had an appointment for a tuning on my car. 3 month wait which I was perfectly fine with due to I was finishing my turbo install. But for them to call me less then a week before appointment to tell me too they can't even see me for another 2 months Now kind of ridiculous if you ask me I heard so many good things about this place and it being my 1st time I'm disappointed

I have had several dealings with Fast Specialties. From total engine, trans, transfer case replacement in a custom 4x4 to a detail job on a car I am ready to sell. Great company! Called in about a week before I could bring the car in to get a quote. My car was completed on time; repairs and modifications done as requested, and both the estimate and pick up times were spot on. Thank you for your awesome service.

We were traveling when the truck had a egr valve failure. We just happened to pull over in their parking lot. With the help of Napa, (they allowed me to leave my trailer) they fixed the valve. Even though they specialize in high performance upgrades. Real professional. VERY helpful and accommodating.

Short version: I had to schedule to drop off my car with them almost 2 months in advance, my car was in the shop for a month for a service that could be done in 1 day and they didn't even touch the car. I had to call every week to check progress and opted to pick up the car after they were unable to commit to completing the service in the next 2 weeks after the 1 month anniversary.

I have taken two very different vehicles to Fast Specialties multiple times. I have always received very good service, very good results. The works is high quality and the time to complete has been what they estimated.

Made an appointment to put my truck on the dyno to achieve a baseline for transmission build. Truck is a dually wouldnt fit. Suggested removing outer dually wheel and tire and tech just responded im not that guy. So what does that mean is he lazy? does he not know how to remove a lugnut? I drove 1.5 hours one way for this appointment and they made zero effort to make this work. I think the management needs to have a talk to this tech about customer service. These guys go above and beyond every single time I go there! I've brought my vehicles to a lot of places over the years, but I've never had a place I had to go back to... and now I do! I started with my hubby's 2013 Avenger and was told by another shop I'd need all this stuff done, went to them and got the oil changed and afterwards they went over what was done, I asked about these other things, which were mainly brakes and alignment, they said I didn't need an alignment but would eventually need brakes... this was a year and a half ago and I just got them re- done, and it had just now needed to

The about section of this business is misleading and very nearly an outright lie. Fast was started closer to 2000 and was not a part of Hanna at all. When it was run by Ron I had my 02' Lightning a 88' Super Charged LX Mustang track car and a stock 00' Celica worked on with the best results and reasonable rates. I would never trust Hanna after buying a BRAND NEW '96' Civic and being told I have to buy an extended warranty....Ya really. Fast Specialties is a company that is as honest as you can get. I had a problem with my 2012 Avenger leaking water in the trunk, Ken was able to diagnose the problem over the phone (because of their vast car knowledge) and was able to provide a temporary fix until I was able to get it into the service at Dodge (warranty covered). I have had a few different times that I have dealt with Fast Specialties and every time was a positive experience.
