Extremely fast turnaround time, (when they called me I thought they were calling to give me an estimate on timeframe but my car was already ready to be picked up!) friendly staff, super easy rental car transaction. Beautiful repair work, and my car was immaculate inside & out when I picked it up. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will use them for any future repairs.

We took our 2014 Audi Q7 here on an insurance claim to repair damage after a deer ran into the side of our car in Montana.
Mackins has consistently over promised and under delivered. Terrible communication. Poor service. They've broken things in our car that weren't previously broken. So many appointments and phone calls with no end in sight. They're a mess.
We've had to take it back to them three times (so far) and they still can't seem to get things right.
After doing the repairs and taking much longer than estimated, they sent our car home and the keyless entry and

Great body work and all that. We’ve not had a bad experience at all with Mackins until this most recent time and it wasn’t even with the vehicle. Not a single person in the office was wearing a mask or even attempted to put one on when I came in to pick up my car. And the person that brought me my car didn’t wear one inside. Which meant, I had to wear my mask in the car for a bit with windows down to try and air it out. Thousands of cases a day right now and just no effort to do the bare minimum with masks. When I dropped the car off everyone had a mask on inside, so I don’t know what happened

They did an amazing job fixing my wife’s truck( I wrecked it not her) ….kept her in the loop on the repairs and how they were going, made sure they used quality parts, actually upgraded in many areas and detailed a very messy and dirty truck. Wife had a small accident and had to get car repaired, Mackins did a great job on the repair and clean up, couldn’t even tell the car was in an accident. Very impressed and loved the service. We had the misfortune of someone stealing the catalytic converter off my kids’ car. We are not in the local area so we’re at the mercy of local recommendations. Mackin’s turned out to be a great find. They did quality body work (the crazy crooks tore up the area they used the jack on) and the vehicle is running smooth once again. They provided timely updates through multiple venues (text, emails, calls). I’d definitely recommend if you ever have the misfortune of theft or body damage to your vehicle- made our situation a little less sour for sure.

A week ago I wrote a review on this location. I was irritated to say the least. The next day the GM of Mackin’s contacted me about my experience. The result is, they took my car into another facility and the people there did an amazing job. The car looks great. I still will not go back to the N. Denver location and the review of my experience stands. Thanks to the great people at The NE 65th location my car is right. They know customer service.

I worked with Mark at Mackin's and had the best service and experience possible. They called regularly about updates, worked with my insurance, and did a great repair and well within the timeline they estimated - my car is good as new after being rear-ended while stopped at a light. Plus they gave me back my car way cleaner than I left it - inside and outside. There was a small tweak needed after the repair, and they fixed it in under an hour. Hopefully no more accidents and my car won't ever need repairs again, but if it does I will return to Mackin's, and I will recommend it to my friends and

My rear view mirror on the passenger side was damaged. Mackins did an estimate, ordered the part and replaced the mirror. They kept me informed through the process, charged a reasonable fee, and did a professional job. Shout out to the front desk staff - very helpful. I recommend Mackin's for your auto body needs.

Makins is great! Very clear about the work and updated me frequently. Extremely easy to pick up a rental car through my insurance right at the lot, such a great convenience. The work they did was perfect and they totally shined and cleaned by car up so beautifully at the end. The date of completeness was a little all over the place, I was quoted May 11th, then the 15th and then got a text my car was done morning of the 12th - if you work an inflexible job like I do it could prove inconvenient, but I don't think this is uncommon with car repairs. Absolutely amazing. Honest, fast, and sincerely nice- not to mention do great repairs. When I crashed my car and had to pay for the rental out of pocket, I get their shop rate of $20/day and they finished it as fast as they could knowing I was paying for each day. They even polished my cloudy headlights before I picked it up!! They called me and updated me on the progress throughout the process, so i always knew what was going on with ny car. I would absolutely recommend them if you want honest, quality work.

Each of the seven cars I have brought into Mackins have come back to me in better condition than they had been before the accident. They are always honest, my cars have always been finished early, and the staff there are truly amazing individually as well as they are a team.
I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else at this point. If you are anywhere near the Hollywood District and need automotive help, these folks are the best!

I received repair services and parts continued to break and fall off after repairs. My visors had to be replaced along with seat parts on multiple occasions. After my visor busted again I was told by Mackins to go to the dealership for a fix. They were not going to honor their lifelong warranty for services.

Stopped by for an estimate today after a hit and run accident last week. Very nice gentleman ( so sorry I forgot your name) went out to look at my car. He had to remove the rubber residue from the other drivers tire from my car bumper. After cleaning and buffing out the area it looked really great!!! No charge for the service, you made my day and my car is looking good again!!!

I came in today with a rattle/ squeak in the rear passenger door of my 2016 Toyota Tacoma . It was driving me absolutely crazy as every bump in the road was like a cricket chirping in my back seat . Alex met me at my pickup and diagnosed the problem after conferring with Noah. They drove my pickup into the service bay, removed the door panel and fixed the problem within 15 minutes.
I would highly Recommend them . You can't stay in business for 70 years without being good at car repair and taking care of the customer. Thanks

Unfortunately I have needed the services of Mackin's multiple times, and always because someone hit me. Recently my car was hit while parked and the irresponsible person left no note. After going to another auto body shop, the preferred shop for Mercdes, and having a horrible experience the day I went to drop off the car for repairs (price tripled, after phone convo with owner negotiated price in middle, then went to drop car off a 2nd time and was told they needed it for 7 days which equates to $240 for car rental), I came to Mackin's who have always provided good service, constant

Mackin's business practices are overtly dishonest. Learn from my experience and STAY AWAY. I took my Toyota in this week for fairly minor damage to the underside of the bumper. I decided to pay for it out of pocket, and so the car had not been looked at by an insurance adjuster. The job was supposed to take three days, but the next day I get an email informing me there was damage they hadn't seen before they took the bumper off and so they had to order more parts, adding another day and $1000 to the cost.
