We have taken our brand new 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring vehicle in for service three times and have to go in for a fourth time. It's all about the same issue: a sensor was defective. We have waited about hours for the car to be "finished." First, the sensor wasn't painted, so we went home. Second, then we came back and waited quite a while (2 1/2 hours) for it to be installed. That was understandable. But...it didn't work. Third, the side mirrors were not alerting that there were cars in the blind spots. So back we go, another two-hour wait. This was yesterday. The work was ultimately well completed. Initial delivery contained numerous flaws that should have been discovered by you and were left to me. After 2 1/2 months should have been done right the first time. When picked up the second time there was still an issue with door adjustment. I admit it was corrected before I left, but I feel should have been right before given to me. Not relevant that your people do good work when their feet are held to the fire. Should have been that quality the first time. Especially when you had the truck 2 months.

The windshield is perfect. I dropped the car off at 7 am. I had an appointment. The lady took my keys and said that I was the first one in and it wouldn't take long. We had two conversations about my special time issues for the day and was assured that it wouldn't take long. I finally called at 11:30 after not hearing anything about my " speedy" windshield repair. It was not done. I ended up canceling two appointments because I thought it would be done before noon. (5 HRS TO REPLACE A WINDSHIELD SEEMED EXTREME). Safelight autoglass told me they could do it in less than an hour. I cancelled my appointments

Glass installation was excellent. However the installer accidentally damaged the transmission shift knob. Brent, service manager is looking into replacement. Once this is completed, I will be a happy customer.
The glass installation was flawless except for the knob damage. Things occasionally happen and it appears Brent will address the damage.

Brent replaced the shift knob.
I’ve used Hannah Collision to replace windshields on 4 cars over the years. They do a beautiful job aligning the new glass and making it all fit well.
I highly recommend their shop.

First of all, the office area where you meet the adjusters and managers, is so much nicer than most auto body repair shops. It is neat and clean and organized.
Alex helped me work out some issues I had with window glass repairs getting done ASAP, way above what most people would have done for me.

Kris was a real pleasure to work with, very helpful. She walked me thru the process and arranged for an Enterprise rental (paid by my insurance). Good communication throughout the process.
Andrew and Arveen did an excellent body repair job on my 2015 Honda Civic.
Chris and Christian did an outstanding pain job, perfectly matching the color and the "metallic" appearance.
Whoever cleaned and polished the car, along with cleaning the interior did a superb job.
My car looks like new!!

The customer service - Non-existent. The shop has had my car for about 3 months. I have been trying to reach Chris for almost a week. He won't return my calls. The shop delayed my job for 2 weeks because they couldn't find a fender for my car and decided to keep that a secret from me and the insurance company. I would think a body shop should be able to find a fender for a car. Chris actually told me if I ordered one and brought it to them, they would buy if from me. Poor performance from a body shop. I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. I will never go here again.

Couldn't be happier with the work that was done on my car. Thankfully i didn't have to commute far, as this location is Tesla Certified My car suffered front end damage, and the difference is night and day. Chris was awesome throughout the whole process. He kept me updated with every step of the process ( tear down, ordering parts etc) . I can tell they take pride in their work, i most definitely recommend bringing your car here, especially if you own a Tesla Vehicle. Thank you Chris and Team!
