Services
We provide the gorgeous backdrop, the tables + seating and a decor selection for you to choose from. You set up and customize your big day - your wedding, your way. You have the option to add Friday starting at 2:00 to your Saturday rental for an additional $1500. Go ahead and bring all your stuff, rehearse, have your rehearsal dinner onsite at the picnic tables by the fire pit, then stay the night in the 3 on-site cabins.
Deep South Farm has china you can choose to add to your package. This includes appetizer or salad, dinner and dessert plate, dinner glass, flatware, cloth napkin in the color of your choice. The bar package must be added if having any alcohol other than a champagne toast. It includes 2 bartendending staff, ice and cups, barware, set-up/clean-up and an off-duty Gilmer County police officer to be present.
We require a $500 booking fee in order to mark a date booked on our calendar. We offer a monthly payment plan. The first installment is due 30 days from booking. The final installment will be required 30 days prior to the event. We also reserve the right to request a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or grounds.

Just drove up to check out this venue on a Sunday as a potential wedding venue for my daughter and was met with the most outrageously rude person. She had no idea if I was a potential client or even part of an arriving guest/wedding party. A little sense and charm could go a long way. I would not enlist this place after my experience with this highly unprofessional owner.
This woman had no idea if I was part of the wedding party and immediately lambasted me for pulling into the driveway… I had not even approached the venue main building and she angrily waved her hands, jumped out of her car

Very beautiful place. Nice and quite with beautiful views overlooking their lake. A quick 1.5hr drive up 575 from Atlanta and very easy to find.
The food was good. Really enjoyed the baked pimento cheese. So good! Would say the only downside (or upside) is that its all outside. Which is VERY hot in the Georgia summers.

We had an amazing experience with Deep south farm. They made everything so easy, we basically just showed up and had our dream wedding. The cabins were wonderful to have for the day of the ceremony. The food and cake were delicious and they were helpful with leftovers. I would recommend doing the food and cake tasting, because who doesn't like free food especially when it's super tasty. The Dj and photographer tehy chose for us were amazing. Josh the photographer was so patient with the little ones in the wedding and took amazing photos. We came from out of town and they kept in contact with us

My daughter had her wedding here in September 2019. She planned a Sunday DIY wedding. The property was Beautiful and Private. The Bridal Cabin was a very romantic place for the Bridal Party and Bride's family to get interior and outdoor photos done. The owner was very helpful and understanding when we had problems that night that was due to a Wedding Planner who left the property early and a big mess behind that needed to be cleaned.The owner even took her time to reach out to her future bride's to make sure this wedding planner would not ruin other Weddings. From a mother's opinion I highly recommend

The owners of Deep South Farm are the best. Deborah was extremely responsive and let me come to the venue as much as I needed and answered any questions I had. The venue itself was extremely well taken care of and you could tell they kept up with updating certain aspects of the property. New grooms cabin was added and bridal suite is gorgeous. My only advice for couples: Has nothing to do with the venue itself. The "bartender package" we paid for included a bartender that was dressed extremely unprofessionally and was handing out straight shots at the wedding. Make sure you have a good coordinator
