What once was Rhonda Sheppard's grandparents home, became a dream come true as she and her husband, Jim Sheppard, transformed a farmhouse into a stunning, award winning Wedding & Special Events facility. Waters Mill welcomes the bridal couple that want to design their own wedding and bringing in their own vendors.
Rhonda and the team at Waters Mill made our day perfect. They made planning the big day much less stressful. The first time I stepped foot on those grounds met Rhonda and her mother, I knew it was the place. I would also suggest using their vendors. We recently had our wedding here and let me say that it was everything that we had ever dreamed of.
All packages include use of all tables and chairs available at Waters Mill. We have approximately (17) 60 inch round tables, (4) 6ft and 8 ft rectangular tables, (119) White Samsonite Chairs for inside use and (200) White Garden Chairs. You have use of the extensive catering kitchen, groom's cabin and bride's suite.

I had a wonderful experience working with Rhonda at Waters Mill. My wedding was last August during COVID, and they were very accommodating and flexible according to updating my needs for the wedding. The venue is beautiful, and the sloped garden area was the perfect setup for an outdoor ceremony for everyone to see. We even did our first dance out on the patio area in front of the arbor! We loved having all the outdoor space in addition to the groomsmen cabin and the house. In August the hydrangeas specifically were blooming beautifully, and all of our pictures turned out wonderful due to the flowers

Rhonda and Jim and the whole team were amazing. They were super easy to work with and made everything go off perfectly. There was a tropical storm that had come through that week and we were worried about having power. They arranged for a generator so we could do the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner and then we got power back for the big day. The grounds were beautiful and and the weather was perfect for the outdoor ceremony. I can't say enough nice things about how much we enjoyed having the wedding at Waters Mill.

Incredible venue. Rhonda and Jim were very helpful in answering all questions we had (my fiancé had a lot of them). Day of was very a very simply process, all we had to do was show up and do a little decoration. The venue is all yours from 10am- Midnight. You'd be hard pressed to find a better value anywhere for how awesome this place is.

Waters Mill was the perfect venue for our wedding and we 100% recommend it! From the first day we met Rhonda and her family, we knew she would help us figure out all of the details, and hold our hands on the way. We toured the beautiful venue and knew it was perfect instantly! The ceremony area is gorgeous, no matter which season you choose. The reception area is a beautiful white house with black shutters, and everyone felt at home. There is a small building for the groom and his groomsmen to get ready in, and there is a room with a bathroom where the bride and ladies can get ready. From the ceremony
