We have been in the jewelry industry for over thirty years providing design and repair services for jewelry stores all over North Georgia. What an amazing experience. Definitely a great place to go for any occasion, huge varieties of all kinds, men and women. They even do custom work as well. Great service by Molly from initial greeting to closing sale. I was not sure what to get my wife for a gift and Molly asked me a bit about our lives together. She was then very patient showing me options. I was very uncertain since I don’t remember all my wife has and didn’t want to buy something similar. Molly showed me some unique pieces that really tied to our life experiences and I found the right gift. She then explained the special programs they offer giving me a significant discount and payment options. Overall, I am very pleased with my first visit here and expect to have many purchases

Went in to get a ring evaluated for current market value. Each and every member of the staff are so kind and compassionate. They treat each customer who walks through their doors like family. It's made clear from your very first encounter that they are absolutely there for you and are genuinely invested in making sure that you leave happy with every visit. Ask for Melissa as well when you're there. She's phenomenal, but the entire staff is just incredible, so know that you will be in excellent hands for whatever they can help you with!! I cannot speak highly enough for this small business!!

My husband was trying to find me something special for our anniversary and wasn't having any luck until he walked into North Georgia Diamond. He was so relieved and thrilled. This is the best Jewelry store I have ever visited. The a great selection of quality pieces to choose from. The prices are reasonable but the main reason to visit is the phenomenal staff. Everyone there is a joy to work with, it feels like talking with friends. The service and repair work is outstanding.
