About a decade ago, I attended a friend's wedding with *delicious* Asian-style banquet food. When I realized I could have the same caterer for my own wedding years later, I actually planned the wedding date around Ava's availability! Would do it again in a heartbeat, becauase Ava and her team blew us and all of our guests away. Not only was the food fantastic, as expected (comments included "best meal I've had all year" and "better than the food at my wedding, I wish we had known about this caterer"), but the execution was top notch, with everything handled expertly

Ugh I hate stuck-up epicures, but I definitely think even the pickiest eater would have approved of the dishes that Le's Kitchen Catering served.
Starting from the appetizers (wontons, Banh mi-esque bites without the bread) to the actual dinner, everything was fire.
The bride and groom opted for the Chinese Banquet Menu (family-style):
Soft Shell Tempura Crab Salad
Soft shell crab, tempura batter, organic springs, Le's house vinaigrette
*Crab was prepared to perfection and though not as plump with meat as expected, there was a decent amount. The light vinaigrette on the mixed salad

We would highly recommend booking Le's Kitchen for your wedding! Their team were amazing -- both before the wedding and the day of. We really appreciated Ava's clear and prompt communication, and attentiveness during our wedding. Ava even packed us dinner as we were so busy throughout our the day.
The food was so delicious! We knew this after our tasting, but literally every single guest we talked to couldn't get over how amazing the dishes, boba, and popcorn chicken were and they kept telling us that this was the best food they have had at a wedding. We couldn't recommend

This review is for our April 17th, 2021 wedding at Thomas Fogarty Winery. We were blown away (and so full!) from the food - great presentation, variety and flavor - during the tasting and Ava was so warm, professional and easy to talk to that we decided on the spot to hire Le's Kitchen.
We had to postpone our original date due to COVID-19 and were resigned to cancelling all catering since things were still not looking safe. It was only 2 months out when we found out we could host outdoor dining at 25% of the venue's capacity, and had to do a lot of scrambling to organize a safe, socially

I would highly recommend Ava for any wedding or special event! Le's Kitchen catered my sister's wedding and all the guests were blown away by the unique family style multi-course meal (especially that sea bass)! Not only was the food amazing but the service was top notch throughout the night. Ava herself was also an absolute pleasure to work with and so thoughtful. She even helped the bride and groom pack up some food incase they got hungry later :)

Overdue review!
I attended a wedding event in which Le's Kitchen was catering, and the food was AMAZING. My favorite was the sea bass! It melted right in your mouth. Their garlic noodles and chicken were also delicious! I liked how they served the buffet meal family style, ensuring the guest did not have to stand up and wait in line, as the food was served right to our tables.
My only complaint is the portion size. For a table of 10-11, I thought portion sizes could be larger. Additionally, although it was a buffet, it was not made clear by the staff if the guest could request for more

Ava is the absolute best and choosing Le's Catering was the greatest decision we made for our wedding. Her food is absolutely amazing. We had guests trying to steal fish off each other's tables because the Sea Bass was so tasty. Ava was super accommodating to my requests and added special menu items for me like a tater tot bar with a ton of toppings and was super gracious making exceptions to her normal requirements for us. Choosing Le's Kitchen Catering for our wedding was one of the BEST decisions (if not the best) we made during the wedding planning process. When deciding between different venues/caterers, my husband and I were quite conflicted. Unbelievable is the best word to describe Le's Kitchen. Ava was amazing to work with and we could not have asked for anything more on our wedding day. We received so many compliments of the service that Le's Kitchen provided describing each dish and ensuring that each dish was served hot. My family is picky with food and portions, but no one had any complaints about Le's Kitchen. They are still raving about the food and the service weeks after our wedding. After exchanging emails with Ava numerous of time we finally made an appointment for tasting. I already tried Le's food about 5 years ago at my friend's wedding and I fell in love. My family only eats Chinese food and I did not want to have my banquet at a typical Chinese restaurant. I wanted my family to try out this Asian fusion food and they LOVVEEED it! We came in and tried the hors devours -- it was Vietnamese fusion. We also tried food from banquet menu, it consist of mainly seafood. All the dishes were cooked to perfection. When I first learned Le's Kitchen offered a beautiful, highly recommended, modern twist on the classic Chinese dinner banquet, I was thrilled. Then, when I first met Ava and tasted her family's delicious and authentic dishes, I was hooked. From that point on I based our wedding venue and date around making sure that we would have Le's Kitchen as our caterer and it in the end it proved to be the best decision I made for our event.
