Services
I obtained my education from Le Cordon Bleu, College of Culinary Arts in Miami Florida. However, my foundation came from my father's traditional dishes from Spain and my mother's exotic dishes from the Caribbean. With my French Culinary Education, along with my Spanish and Caribbean influences I have created a Fusion Cuisine Menu that will arouse your mind and senses.

Chef Vi catered our wedding this past weekend. Things went so smoothly and we got so many compliments on her food (especially recommend her Chicken ATX). Her team was a pleasure to work with and very communicative! Would definitely use her again for a big event and recommend her if you'd like that southwestern flair for your wedding food!

We hit a gold mine when we found Chef Vi for our wedding! There are not many times that the food at a wedding is talked about over and over again in such positive regards! The parmesan crusted steak and smothered pork chop are to die for. Chef Vi was very knowledgable and so accommodating during our tasting. She helped us pair sides with the dishes and even gave us perfect hor' dourves so serve as well. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was amazing! The service was very professional and quick. They were in and out without being distracting.

I stopped in today to have breakfast and it was delicious. They just opened their bakery this week. The owners are so nice. You need to go support this local business. The food was so good that I ate 2 breakfasts tacos and a chocolate croissant (which I can't resist). The breakfast tacos were so amazing. They make their own homemade tortillas and they just melt in your mouth. Chef Vi was also telling me that she makes meals to go, so you can pick up dinner if you don't have time to cook. She was making balsamic chicken and it smelled heavenly. I might be back for dinner..hehe and a croissant
