Lauren and the team at PM Real Estate are the best! We listed our guest house rental and in less than 3 weeks we had a highly qualified tenant move into the property. Sarah from PM Real Estate told me "don't bother putting in an application to 500 S Mendenhall St #3, we're going to go with a professional 100% of the time" implying that because I am going to college and working a full time job, I'm not professional. I've never been discriminated for being a college student, especially not when trying to find housing in the neighborhood of College Hill.

I recently wanted to apply for a rental this company has posted when Sarah, an employee here, informed me that they actively discriminate against people who are students, regardless of their age or job status. They will go out of their way to find someone who isn’t a college student to live in the neighborhood of COLLEGE HILL. Not only is this active discrimination, for many reasons but College Hill is an area in town that is supposed to be a safe haven for the college students around UNCG and Greensboro College: by only renting to people who are actively not students, this company helps produce

Over the past two years working with PM Real Estate, Lauren has been nothing but understanding and very responsive to all situations regarding our rental property. The maintenance requests are answered within 48 hours. If it is emergent it will be rectified IMMEDIATLEY (even at 3am). They are able to add a personal touch to their property management.

My experience with PM Real Estate was very positive. I worked with Lauren directly with the condo I was renting and she was always very professional and kind. I only had to go to the office a few times to drop off deposits, pick up keys, etc. and everyone that I spoke with was very friendly. Every need was met while I was renting the property and there was a smooth transition from the time I moved in to the time I moved out.
