Located on the edge of the Snow's Cut channel, which access the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) and the Cape Fear River in the heart of Carolina Beach, this boat ramp features five launching lanes, a separate hand launching site for kayaks and canoes, and a total of about 100 parking spaces with includes 80 spaces for vehicles with trailers.

If your vacation rental allows dogs please note our pet rules: We allow up to two small to medium size (less than 50 lbs) dogs only. They must be well-behaved and house-trained. You will be charged for any damage caused by your pet. Carolina Beach, Kure Beach and Freeman Park are pet friendly and for everyone's enjoyment we have just a couple of ordinances we hope you'll follow.

I have used A1 properties for the past 5 years to rent my condo on Kure Beach. I could not ask for a better company. They are great to work with, ethical and easy to communicate with.
There isn't much they won't do for either the owners or the renters.
They double check to make sure the property is in order for the incoming renters. If there is anything you miss or can't find they will be there to help you.
In short, they are a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great beach retreat.

A1 Property Management takes property management to an entirely different level. But before I explain why this is my opinion, let me tell you where I was coming from.
When we bought our beach property we purchased it expecting to continue renting it out as the previous owners had. As we had little knowledge of the rental companies in the area, we assumed that the agency currently handling the rental would know it well and have a steady stream of clients. And they did.

With adult families in town it was hard to share only 2 parking passes, had to keep running down to exchange and with small children in the condo that was difficult to do sometimes. But my understanding is that this is not the property management decree, but the owners. Maybe they could find a way for a renter to purchase an additional pass, or a day pass. Unit was clean on arrival and well stocked with everything to make a week stay comfortable. Good communication from A1, would rent from them again with no hesitation.

A1 Property Management made the entire rental experience a breeze! We stayed at Breath of Heaven and its in a nice quiet area with enough room for everyone to spread out. The staff was kind, courteous and we really appreciated the emails about the local attractions and things to do! We'll be back next summer!

But there were a few problems: the small rugs in front of sink, and in second bedroom, need rubberized mats because they slip and curl and could cause a serious fall; the unit needs to be supplied with more than one dish towel, and we shouldn't have had to ask for pot-holders and something to wash dishes with; the tiny TVs upstairs were simply useless to try and watch from the beds; the piece of furniture in front of the sofa-bed was too heavy to move so we couldn't pull out and make up the bed (turns
