While I was not born here, since the third grade I was raised in the local area. Growing up in Boiling Spring Lakes, I remember fondly riding my bike with my friends around town and going anywhere I wanted to go. I graduated from South Brunswick High School and later attended North Carolina State University.
Since 1994, Lake Shore Realty, Inc. has stuck by a commitment to quality and excellence, and our experience has served us well. Our philosophy is to preserve or improve the enjoyment and dollar value of our properties through personal attention and regular supervision. At Lake Shore Realty, Inc. we pride ourselves by offering personalized and professional services to both our clients and customers.
Since 1994, we have been managing all types of residential properties, including single-family homes, townhomes and multi-family apartment complexes throughout the Boiling Spring Lakes, Southport, Oak Island, Bolivia, Leland, and Shallotte areas of Brunswick County. We operate in compliance with the NC Residential Rentals Agreement Act.
Our available rentals can be viewed online 24 hours a day at our website. This allows users to search through our listings easily with a convenient search engine and mapping features. Each listing provides valuable information, such as interior photographs, property layouts, local area maps, and a general property statistics, specifically tailored to each listing.
Lake Shore realty, Inc. is proud to offer a secure accounting system for our homeowners and tenants. Lake Shore Realty, Inc. prides itself on the accuracy of its accounts. Once a check is received, we immediately deposit the payment into our insured Trust Account, for disbursements on or around the 15th of each month.

Lake Shore reality is the most helpful and reasonable renting company i know. I have been renting with them three year now and not once have i had a problem or complaint. Their understanding and never rude they work with you and not against you. I would recommend anyone looking for a home in the southport/bsl area to contact them and then you will see what i mean
