Scumbags that will take 100% of your security deposit and then charge you more on top of it. They’ll milk you for every penny they can then refuse to give details about the exorbitant charges. Kept my house in immaculate condition, lost all $1150 of my deposit and then they forced me to pay an additional $200. Joke of a company. Stay away.

I have been renting through Bosshardt Property Management for about 2 years now. Our direct property manager (Anna) is a superstar. She has been extremely responsive and helpful with any/all concerns we've had throughout our rental time. I have no complaints with how they manage their properties and how they handle their tenants. They treated me and my roommates with the utmost respect and professionalism. I would recommend Bosshardt Property Management to anyone looking to rent in the area!

Beware when you apply at this company. They are fraudulent.
I paid in 4 application fees of $60.00, a total of $240.00. We applied for a condo they manage for our daughter going to school at UF Gainesville FL, $1750/month. We let them know that our daughter is a student and does not have any income or credit, what do we need to do to apply. We offered to prepay for the entire year of her lease upfront or escrow. They said they do not accept prepay or escrows. They told us in this situation all we need to do is to pay the security deposit and one extra month of rent to stay one month ahead and

I’ve had Bosshardt Property Management since June 2018 to manage my condo & met with Carolyn Cauthen on site to check & evaluate the property. She’s very accommodating & anticipated guided me in the process as far as what to do & who to call which really helped me a lot since I’ve never had experience using property management before.I’ve also met Jonathan Griffin on site he’s the portfolio manager assigned to my property,he’s accommodating as well & we talked about what needs to be done since we only planned on staying a week..then the property got turned over to Christina Sanford

I rented at Creeks Edge from 2018 to 2020. The property was nice and a place I personally enjoyed staying. Where the experience failed me was management. Let me preface, I’m pretty easy to satisfy. If property management is nice I look over a lot. However since I began living there, management was just awful. Rude and incompetent is the tldr. Things began breaking at move in. I would request maintenance and it would take up to 2 MONTHS to have it completed, after emailing and calling consistently. Whenever I’d have an issue, my emails would go unanswered or I’d get short replies. Eventually

Overall had a few issues with this company they will do everything by the contract. They will make sure to get their money but generally they took care of their end of the bargain. The lawn was mowed and house was nice to live in. Took a month or so to get my deposit back. Decent company.

This is one of the most unprofessional and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a property management company. Bosshardt has somewhat of a monopoly on the area so if you’re not a college student you’ll definitely come across them at some point.
The unit I got was vastly different from the units they showed applicants and interests. Other tenants also had this experience. Parking was often unavailable and unorganized. The property was overpriced and had no laundry units. After a year they finally got around to building a unit with 2 washers and 2 dryers for the whole complex and had

We rented a brand new house from Bosshardt realty at a reasonable price in Ocala, FL for close to two years. We took a job out of state, management worked with us on our lease breakage, we were able to reach a good consensus between us. We received the entire deposit monies back within ten (10) days of moving out. . . very good. Management was always responsive to us. We hope to return to Florida someday at which time we will either contact Bosshardt Property Management or their realty services.

I am a TENANT not a property owner.
I recently was promoted to work in Gainesville, therefore we were looking for a place to rent close to the job. I contacted Bosshardt and so far the employees at Bosshardt have been awesome to work with! I inquired about a rental in a location that we really wanted to move to.
