Grind Coffee and Tea Bar was founded in 2018 after the unfortunate incident at a Starbucks in Philadelphia, where two African American men were arrested while waiting on a colleague to arrive, but not purchasing anything. At that point our founder decided she could no longer support Starbucks, as Starbucks did not support people who looked like her.

Cold brew and lavender latte are awesome here. Warm owner, staff, and customers. Can’t wait to see this business grow. Great place to take meetings, clear emails, and chat with friends with good internet and a great workbench. Hoping they’ll grow their pastry selection over time, but it’s a new business, until then, you could walk over to Rubio’s and get pastries in the morning, or Wi Jammin (but they roll out their pastries late) Remember to leave a review if you like this place

We decided last minute to treat our film's crew to a coffee truck after lunch. LA Grind came recommended by another producer friend. The coffee was amazing, price was fantastic, Vanessa (the owner) was wonderful!! She took care of about 40 people in less than an hour. It was a delicious treat!

Accidentally found the cafe while I took the wrong turn. Glad to have stopped because they had really good coffee! The line was long. One of the best coffee ever had! Excellent service! You'd want to buy something just for the service. Try the Amsterdam Latte. So good, so strong that you'll be awake all day and night. Inside is also an art studio. Great place to visit!
