As a first time home-buyer, I was extremely nervous about buying a home. I expressed it to this company and they swore they would be with me every step of the way. That they'd be responsive unlike other lenders I'd tried using during my house hunting process. It was all a lie. I called and called but they would only ever text or email me. I tried to get someone on the phone to explain my loan paperwork as charges suddenly jumped by thousands of dollars. It took my realtor repeatedly calling to get them on the phone and that was only with a 3-way call. Otherwise, im sure I never would have heard

Curt Long was great to deal with. I was referred by a friend and he treated me like I was family. Always got back to me in a timely matter to answer any questions I had. He guided me through the process very well. He was upfront and honest with to a high degree. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to refinance or get a mortgage. After writing my original review below, Curt contacted me genuinely upset about the outcome of our close. He facilitated a conversation with Scott and they offered to reimburse my family for the additional moving cost their team caused, in which I appreciate. While we did not have the experience we had hoped for, in the end they did make an effort to resolve my concerns and address internal breakdowns so this doesn’t happen to others. Also, my family and I are in our house and glad to be through the end of this process.
