My experience working with Sovereign Property Management has been superb! The change of property management contact halfway through lease was such a welcomed change - Cheryl is prompt, polite and truly a pleasure to work with. Anthony, our building's maintenance manager truly valued his work and made us comfortable and addressed any concerns in our apartment. I am sad we moved, but I am so grateful to have been so taken care of in Manayunk!

The complex apartments I live...
Bunch of sloppy people , starting with the office manager and finishing with the last maintenance guy.
Every morning they are cleaning the complex around and then disappear in the fog.
When you call in for an issue, they come ,they do a sloppy job and always are saying : - “I will be back tomorrow!”
Never happen to see them back, only after several phone calls and complains.
The management always is trying to save money on supplies, using the cheapest is possible .
I can continue, but I will stop just saying: -Sovereign management don’t deserve the money

I went into your Galloway Court Apartments property on Wednesday 10/17/18 to take a tour of the units. They opened up late and told us one of the staff had an emergency and had to leave. I was told by the staff that since no one else was working with her, I would have to reschedule for today: Monday 10/22/18. When I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes after the appointment time I was given before they even opened the door. I heard people inside I knocked on the door and called twice. The property manager was in the office the entire time! Once she let us in,we advised her that we were set up with
